Received a text confirming my technician was on his way in the designated window. Arrived promptly. Gerald was my technician. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He completed a thorough inspection of my system and got everything back working in tip-top shape. I would highly recommend Gerald and Military Air for all of your AC and heating needs!

Waited for a week for the diagnosis of our air conditioner to make it to our home warranty company. I called, the woman who answered your phone was not at all helpful and actually very rude. I was told that the person handling this was "too busy to speak with me". I understand that working with both the home owner and the warranty company can be exhausting, however, the costumer service here is unacceptable. I will gladly be paying another $75 to have different company fix my air conditioner.

They did a great job. Thanks for all the support and customer service you showed me and my family. The office scheduler called me to schedule a appointment for the same day( she was very sweet I think her name was chanel) When the tech arrived ON TIME he let me know what all what was going to happen. The office manager Loretta called me to let me know they were going to get my a/c working again. She is awesome!!!!!! He fixed it right away!! Me and my family had a great sleep that night with the A/C working like a champ. THANK YOU FOR GETTING THIS SCHEDULED SO FAST AND WORKING AS A TEAM!!! I don't really write reviews but this company needed one.

I feel like they are scam artists. The insurance company assigned our claim to Military Air. Their tech came out, said we needed a coil and had to send in a repair request to the insurance company. They didn't send in the repair request for 6 days that left us without a/c. They tried to add on "company policy" additional cost for emergency catch pan and 2 float valves. On checking these items were functional and in place. They wanted $300 additional fee for this.

I was assigned to this company thru my home warranty. The first gentleman came out was great. Once they came out to replace the a/c unit in the attic the two gentlemen Thomas and older man had no clue what they were doing. They fried something and crossed electric wires know my thermostat doesn't work correctly and they claim my outside compressor is broke when it was completely okay prior to them messing with things. They beat the new unit forcing it to fit into the space. Oh yea they said it was done then came back an hour later at 9:30pm at night saying they didn't move it all the way in place thats when it was banged and moved around. The office lady who answers the main phone is completely rude and even hung up on me today! After speaking with Juan in dispatch that I did not want Thomas to return to my home, I was told Jacob would be out. No Jacob only Thomas and the old man were sent back to my home. The old man was caught with his pants unbuttoned and zipper down in my backyard. My a/c is not working right and I refuse to pay for the mistakes that workers made. I wish I would have known before agreeing to use this company. I will never use or recommend this service. If I was the owner I would be completely embarrassed by the employees you hired to represent this company. The front office lady needs to be fired. This needs to be corrected so that we can go our separate ways. I have requested to speak with the owner or manager.

These guys are always so responsive. They have done so much for my family, and they never hesitate to come out when we call. It was a shock to find such an honest, friendly company in this industry. The owner is great, and he hires quality people. This is a compa y I would recommend to everyone regardless of their AC needs. Fair and competitive, but also honest and hard-working.

Military Air has been on of the most gracious contractors i know i had a air conditioning issue in my home and my husband who is in the marines and i saw one of their trucks going down I 10 one day. So i thought i would give them a call even though i was on the verge of giving up considering every contractor i have contacted wanted to charge me 13 THOUSAND DOLLARS to fix my issue!!!
I was told that i had multiple leaks through out my condenser and coil from what i understand the inside and outside unit, and that there was no fix for leaks. So i go to find out i had to replace them. After i called in and spoke to this wonderful young lady named Desra she set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and then i spoke to Loretta the manager on deck, and she explained to me my options and what i could do i was so thankful for their kindness. I worked something out with her over the phone via financing and got a new system in my home for a fraction of the original price the other contractors were going to charge. Lastly i would like to thank the installers Cody and Edward who explained the whole installation to me and kinda of broke it down for me or so to speak. I love these guys THEY ROCK!!!

The CEO of the Company is awesome! She sent a technician ( Cody ) out to my parents Home and they gave my parents a really good estimate. They were on time and very courteous. Good customer service skills.

The insurance company assigned my claim to Military Air. Their tech came out on day 3 after claim submitted, said we needed a coil replacement and speak to the insurance company. My insurance company s still waiting for their diagnosis report so they can have it approved and fixed. It is already 1 week without ac and I m still waiting for that report. Not sure why it would take that long for a report to be completed and submitted. I have called everyday to both my insurance company and to them directly, all i got was i had to wait for their supervisor or boss to start work on it ( isnt the technician who checked the unit s supposed to complete the report?). And my insurance company left them many voice message without response back.

Military air came to my rescue at the right time. With a great price . At the drop of a dime.. The young lady who answers the phone was polite and the tech Cody was friendly. I would highly recommend this company for all you ac and heating needs THANKS GUYS
