We had a water leakage on the ceiling last July 1st around afternoon time and I called my home warranty. Service scheduled by my home warranty from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Jonathan T. came in to check on my AC. I went with him in the attic to see what he is going to do. He said that there was no water leaking. So I just told him what happened last time that there was lots of water that came out, leaking and soaked the foam insulation. He said that “ What do you want me to do? Break it so the water will come out “. I was surprised with his attitude. I didn’t argue but I told him that I just want to let him know what happened last time and if my husband did not put an aluminum food pan underneath and drain the water from the other drainage tube, the ceiling had fallen off. The guy said that he doesn’t care about the house and also he said that if we know how to fix it, we should have fixed it and we should have not called them. I told him that we don’t know what is happening to the ac and we just fixed what we know we can at that time so it will not flood the attic. He still insisted that he doesn’t care about the house and we should have known it before hand because of the the rusty ac pan. I told him that we just moved in to the house last June 28th and we are still settling in and we did not know that this will happen. He questions the home inspection report, he said that this thing did not happen overnight. He thought that I am telling him what he needs to do. He seems like that he doesn’t believe us that there’s so much water when it’s leaking and I’ve asked him if he wants to come back in the afternoon when it’s hot so he can see the leakage. He said that I am telling him to seat in the attic and wait for the ac to leak. Oh my goodness, this guy can’t get it. We had 10 liters of water in the bucket in less than three hours that late afternoon after my husband temporarily fixed the problem. I had to squeeze the foam insulation just to drain out the water. My husband made a hole in the ceiling just to drain the water. That’s how bad it was and I am worried about my house and you will hear this from this guy?! He was rude. You don’t say to your customers that you don’t care about their house and don’t tell your customer not to call them. Who wants to call this person? I don’t want him to come back to my house and as he showed no respect. He even left the stairs to the attic open. I’ve called the company and tried to talk to the supervisor but I’ve got the dispatcher, Edward, on the line and he said he will let her know. This ac guy taped the ac unit where the leakage was but he said we should have done that ourselves. He was yelling from his car telling me to call his supervisor and the home warranty company for me to report him and he said he will report me also while I am taking a picture of the phone number and company’ name. Rude! One rotten tomato will ruin your company!

Call them and get your A/C fixed the right way the first time. RESPECTFUL and highly QUALIFIED professional A/C techs(Vet owned family company) VERY HONEST COMPANY wont price hike you. I would highly recommend calling them for all HVAC needs. Ask for Loretta she will take care of you. They put customers first and money second.Thank you Military air for your service at my home and the battle field.

Industrial park ACs (2) went out - called Military Air for assistance. Excellent customer service ! The Service Technician, Scott, was very punctual & friendly. He had our ACs running again in less than two hours. Pricing was excellent. I will be calling Military Air for home hvac issues as well.

I can not believe this place is still in business based on how they treat their customers. NEVER would I ever recommend this place to anyone. We went through them for our home warranty and they took over a week to get back to us only to say it was denied for no reason. In addition, you can’t get ahold of anyone when you have a problem. The only people that answer are rude “dispatch” people that clearly are working from home and know absolutely nothing about what’s going on. If you stumble on this place and are considering using them, RUN!!! Do not use.

We have a warranty on our house. So hey sent this company. Beginning of October. 1st it was the thermostat. They had to come back 2nd appointment. Thermostat wasn't compatible. So he put it in. Then he left saying it was working. 2 hours later called because it wasn't working at all. 3rd visit he said he wired it wrong so took hours to get it to work. That at least was covered by warranty. 3 visits for thermostats. 3 visits taking off of work.
Then few weeks later. It wasn't heating. They came out 4th visit. Was told it was a zoning board
Not covered by warranty. They had one in truck but wasn't compatible. 5th visit installed it 500 dollars. Said would be in working order. Called wasn't working. 6th visit. Somebody came out and he said that it was wired wrong. He said was in working order. Then there was no change. Still same problems. 7th visit. They came out and said it was the dampers. Said will call us with estimate. Waited a week then called them..Its in december now..No matter how many times to explain to us it was dampers. The man told us we would be fine. They still didn't understand the frustration of 7 visits. Still taking off of work. The zoning board did nothing to help. I called and they wouldn't answer. *69..guess what they answered..Never received call back. We had another company come out. It wasn't the zoning board. That was 500 that didn't need to be replaced. Plus was put in a bad area also. Zoning board was a cheap part. So today it was finally fixed. Please beware.
Plus they were aware of husband military status and no discount. What a waste of money and time. From October to Jan 19th. To have it working again.

Overall not a good experience. Paid the tech in cash which he never reported to the company. I called over 5 times t ask them to show the balance paid in full but that never happened. To this day I don’t have a receipt showing I paid for the service. Just unnecessary to go through all that.
Find a different company to work with.
