These guys were very courteous, polite, and quiet. They were super efficient and tidy too. I recommend them for any kind of A/C work. We are very happy with our new unit.

Cool Care showed up on time and completed the system installation on time. Cool Care owner was available and onsite during the installation to answer any questions. The installation crew worked professionally.

We love this company! Great boss, great employees and a great product. They completely redid our condo at a fraction of the cost of their competition, and they did it all in one day! Really fantastic customer service.

The very nice young man came (He did pound on the door without waiting at least 10 secs to see if the doorbell worked but never mind.) He was So nice and thorough and gently scolded me, quite correctly, for not having changed my filter. That was the only problem and as of course I had no idea, he certainly could have "found" something else, but no. He checked everything, climbed up into the closet with a flashlight and examined the outside unit as well.

Got home from work and realized within a half-hour or so that something was wrong with the A/C. Asked a neighbor for a recommendation and got Chris' number. Then checked NextDoor and realized it was the same company. They are in the area (a huge plus) and the senior tech, Roger, was simply amazing. Told him he definitely did his good deed for the day. Even came back the next day to add some frion.

Had the same experience earlier with Chris (similar but unrelated problem). Despite the fact that he was packing up to head home, he told me he'd be right over. He'd already familiarized himself with what had transpired during Roger's service call and zeroed in on the problem quickly. Extremely fair price. Can't recommend these guys highly enough - extremely competent, reasonable and local. Trifecta!

Gotta tell ya... a plus to this site is getting recommendations by neighbors...well, after much research and bids, we went with MY first choice, Cool Care. And i couldn't be more pleased. Our a/c passed away, on friday the 15th. i had 3 bids, and besides a better price, this company is pro all the way. Punctual, knowledgeable, efficient are just a few of the adj.....but you get my point. I could not be more pleased...thanks to Chris, Rodger and the crew. In 1 day, my cooling was back to awesome; couldn't have gone more smoothly.........thanks ya'll !!! Don't waste time shopping, just call Cool Care -

I just had my spring service check performed by Bobby. Also, I was having an issue with the primary drain line clogging. He investigated and found it was not properly vented. He took the time to fix it so I don't have problems in the future. Always great work, thanks!
