Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning

We have an airbnb with unusual 2 air conditioning set up. The guys from cool care spent a lot of time figuring out our set up and diagnosing issues. The pricing was good, so we decided to take them up on their maintenance program, which is a monthly fee. Right after that we had to call them for our 2nd unit and it was 6:30PM. He came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem, and gave advice about how we were using the system. They are super nice and professional, we highly recommend them. KC

Tech was very personable and informative. He showed me where to replace the filter whereas a previous tech from another company told me I wouldn't be able to replace it myself. So now I can order the filters online and replace myself or at least have one on hand when I have Cool Care do another hvac check in the spring. Also, the Cool Care techs are very thorough when doing the maintenance check. They actually take the time to make sure everything is ok. Highly recommend this company.

Cool Care is a great HVAC company. This is my second house that they have serviced. They are very thorough and do quality work. Another benefit is that do not immediately recommend replacement if they can make your existing system work with modifications. If they say something needs to be replaced, then it really does. I like their twice a year maintenance service which is very reasonable.

Cool Care installed a ductless system at my home. It developed some issues and they worked to figure out the issue and ultimately replaced my unit. They are considerate of my home and keeping the gate closed. I appreciate their service and highly recommend them.

Excellent service oriented, family owned business. I appreciated that they worked w my budget and did not try to sell me more than I needed for my new cooling and heating system. Not only was the install very clean, but they left my house clean when they were done. I was so pleased I now have them helping me w annual cleaning and tech service to hopefully avoid the leaks and ruined ceiling we had in the first place.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Bobby at Cool Care. He arrived even earlier than was expected and was courteous and patiently answered all my questions. He made a complete diagnosis of my old air conditioning unit and replaced only the parts that were needed. I will use Cool Care in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased an AC/heating unit from Cool Care several years ago. Installation went great. And I appreciate
the unit being checked every six months. This spring Bobby Adams was the tech doing the checkup.
Bobby is very thorough & knowledgeable. He found an issue with the AC unit. Immediately he diagnosed
the problem. He made a few phone calls & located the part. He was gone about 30 minutes & returned with a new part. Bobby had the AC up & running in no time. Bobby always calls ahead of his visits so I can have
the dogs kenneled. Thanks to Cool Care & Bobby Adams!!!

From Claire in the office getting the appointments set up to match our schedules to the great service technicians (Leo & Bobby) that came to our house, the Cool Care team has done everything we've needed both getting ready for the summer season air conditioning unit review and now preparing for the need to safely turn on our furnaces as the first cold fronts are arriving - we are new customers of theirs and could not be more pleased.
