Cool Care makes it a 3rd time providing "Exemplary Service"!!! Chis Zatopek (Owner) and assistant (Marco C) installed a Ruud AC Condensing Unit at my residence. This is a 2nd Cool Care AC Condensing Unit installation and a 3rd AC repair (Evaporater Coil replacement 5 yrs ago) at my residence. Cool Care and it's employees (Chris, Marco C, & Claire) are still the best AC/Heating Company that I have found in my 41 years of home ownership. Chris Zatopek is "My Man In The AC Business"! He should be your man too!

Cool Care repaired a bad evaporator coil on one of my A/C units. Chris Zatopek (GM/Owner) was personally involved in all aspects of the repair. He provided me with all options available for the repair and pricing on a new system. Chris also answered all my questions thoroughly and completely. Chris also made additional PVC drain modifications to both of my A/C units at no additional charge. Chris and his company is the most professional, honest, and proficient A/C repair firm that I have ever utilized in my 36 years of home ownership.

Cool Care Does It Again!

Owner Chris Zatopek replaced an A/C evaporator coil on my downstairs A/C 3 years ago and did a "Fabulous" job. He and his installation contractor did a duct work replacement and upstairs AC coil & A/C Condensing Unit replacement installation on a Saturday to accommodate my wife's working home schedule. They did a "Very Professional" job. As before,Chris did a few extra things at no additional charge. As Chris stated to me, Cool Care is not the cheapest or most expensive, they are the most reasonable in price. I stated in my last review, Cool Care is the best A/C company that I have found in my now 39 years of home ownership!

Cool Care (Bobby Adams) did a great job when one of our units didn't cool well. He diagnosed the problems, explained everything in detail, and fixed it a reasonable price. This was after another much larger vendor suggested we replace the entire unit. Job well done, Cool Care.

Marco was on time, did the inspection, helped me take care of a couple of other things to keep my HVAC system functioning properly, was pleasant and competent. Thanks Marco!

Took under a few hours and payment was super easy. on-time and confirmed appointment the day before. will definitely use again if I have any AC issues in the future.

Maurice Jackson is an outstanding air condition technician. He came to my house to install a sound blanket on a noisy Ruud Air Conditioning Compressor. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. And, generally a very nice guy. I highly recommend him!

Bobby has been out to my house a few times. First was in the heat of the summer when the AC wasn't working. He fixed the problem. Just today, I went ahead and signed up for a maintenance plan (they come in spring and fall to check everything for the coming season). Prices to me seem fair, and they've been nice when they come by. Previous techs from different companies were trying to sell me a new unit, but I didn't get that type of vibe from Bobby.

A/C cut out at about 4:00 pm. Cool Care came out at 6:00 pm and fixed my problem. I was so thankful as it was a hot day.

The technician seems honest and nice. Listened patiently to my concerns. Didn't try selling me anything that I didn't need.
