Cool Care Heating and Air Conditioning

Last summer my a/c unit wasn't cooling. I had two companies come out to check it out. Both told me it was leaking freon. Both added freon. Both told me my unit would only last another month at the most.

With summer quickly approaching I decided to call Cool Care to get a 3rd and final diagnosis before biting the bullet and spending thousands to replace. This turned out to be my best decision. Bobby came to my home immediately discovered that my unit did not have a freon leak but instead a mechanical issue that turned out to be a minor repair.

It's nice to know that there are a few honest people out there who still do the right thing instead of taking advantage and just looking to make more money! I highly recommend this company!!!

We have used Cool Care for our cooling and heating needs for the last several years. Maurice, their Service Technician, serviced our AC units today. Maurice was on time, professional and meticulous in his work. I would recommend him to anyone.

Although our issue was user error, Cool Care tried to identify the issue over the phone to save us the service call. Of course the a/c went out on a Saturday night but, even with the weekend surcharge, it was worth it. The tech was right on time and quickly identified the issue. Will definitely use again.

Chris did a great job and has been very responsive on follow up questions and adjustments. He even came out for something that didn't end up being HVAC related (leaking dryer vent) and gave good advice on taking care of it with no charge or complaints.

I think they even rescheduled some matters in order to make sure that my mom's HVAC was up and blowing cold air within a day of me contacting them about the issue. Service was effective and professional. Work was explained thoroughly before it was performed and was given a thorough explanation of my entire system before leaving. Fully satisfied with the work done at the time of writing.

Update: Service was performed for annual cooling check-up. Done well and cleaning of outdoor system was performed as well as indoor maintenance.

Very pleased with the service. They came a little earlier than scheduled, but did call first. The furnace they installed they had done in a couple hours and it worked just fine. No problems as far as workmanship or equipment. Very pleased with what we got.
