Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning

When our system failed at a time when we couldn’t find anyone to come out right away, Airtron was able to send someone out within hours to take a look at our system. Rosalio Lopez, I think he goes by Leo, was very friendly and very informative. He found and fixed the problem, and then discussed their service plan, which would cover the existing problem as well as future issues. I was skeptical at first, but he has come back again, and serviced our system, finding a couple other issues, and took care of them right away. One of them even required a new part, but no additional charges were incurred because of our service plan. I am very pleased with it, and extremely pleased with Leo. It has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Airtron and their service to anyone!

Leo did a great job explaining how our system works & the potential causes of our heating problem. Not only did he fix the issue & advise how we could optimize our system’s efficiency, he also discovered an instillation mistake that was made when the house was being built & immediately scheduled the proper person to come correct the install error. Great service by Leo.

Eric from Airtron came out to the house and did a great job of leveling out the A/C in our house. Our kids rooms were twice as warm vs. the entire house. Eric wasted no time getting the job done. He is very professional and friendly. Highly Recommended

Leo and Noah were very quick to find the problem with our AC. They were thorough in explaining the issue and told us what the next steps would be. Unfortunately the problem would not be able to be resolved right away due to parts needing to be ordered but they put in a rush due to us having small children. They were very professional.
