Erick the technician was really professional. He explained to us every detail that he was doing, he was able to fix the issues. Just is necessary has more spare parts on trucks. Another 2 technicians came before Erick and did not solve the problem.

I need to also give kudos to the installation team. Miguel and his crew were on time, prepared and got the job done in a few hours. They were respectful and clean. They did not leave any clue major work had been done. Miguel also reviewed all details of the installation with me and made sure I knew how to work the thermostat before they left. Stellar job!
