Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning

Johnathan came out to troubleshoot our air conditioner service call KOU0727290. He was very polite, professional and very competent in assessing/ troubleshooting our HVAC system it works way better and we noticed a quieter sound. He did amazing job and hope we can him for our next maintenance checkup.

After having called Airton around 4:30pm, Leo and Noah came out before 7pm the same day and diagnosed the problem right away. They explained everything thoroughly, and I was very confident in their skills. I truly appreciate their professionalism and helping my family, including a newborn, in this extreme heat. Thank you gentlemen.

Leo was very professional and respectful of the property. I told the issues and he went right to work. When he was done he gave me explanation that I could understand put me at ease on my AC working for the house and that it would improve once they got the parts.

Eric spent so much time at the house balancing our system and making sure all the bedrooms were getting adequate air flow for the summer time! He was very thorough and i trusted that when he left he had checked everything. Thank you Eric!

Ricky was the technician that came and repaired the AC for us. He found out the reason the house hadn’t been cooling was because of a wrong thermostat installed earlier, which he replaced for us. He was very efficient and friendly, great service, and I am very glad that AirTron sent him to help us solve the AC issue.

Recently I experienced some issues with my hvac system and reached out to Airtron for assistance. I spoke with a lovely woman named Sam. She took time with me and explained the process very thoroughly. I know that’s she’s an amazing asset to the organization. Thanks again for all of your hard work in getting my unit repaired.

We had Airton guys( Leo &Noah) came today to check my vent which is dripping water. They checked and explained us very well and try to fix the problem. They asked all my questions with detail description. I will recommend these guys👍
