Airtron Heating and Air Conditioning

Excellent experience with Leo and Noah from Airtron today. They came out on a warranty call and they were super professional and informative. Leo showed me the components of the unit in the attic and explained issues he found in terms that made sense. They were very thorough and knowledgeable! Would definitely call on them again!

I recently engaged with Airtron for my HVAC needs, and overall, it was a positive experience. Their service was effective, staff was informative, and they listened actively. However, a canceled appointment was a letdown. I recommend them with minor reservations.

I am not easily impressed but…… Leo was fantastic, on time , detailed, professional and personable . he anticipated my needs and addressed them before I mentioned any of them. I’m totally impressed. He asked questions to insure he understood my needs afterward He explained in detail what he did and why in clear and concise manner . Leo needs to train others because he far exceeded my expectations. In a time where exceptional work is unheard of Leo exemplifies exceptional work. He definitely should be applauded!

Charity is absolutely the best.
This company is very good. The customer service level is excellent. Things will always happen, but how we manage or react to it is what matters.

Christian with AirTron did an outstanding job. On time - very professional, courteous, and identified the problem immediately. Also recommended a great warranty to cover the expense of my repair so I could have AC during the heat of the Summer ! Excellent Service. Highly recommended.

Michael H. came to my house on the same day my AC decided to call it quits. He was courteous and did a phenomenal job helping me get my air conditioner repaired on a 102F Houston summer day. I can't recommend him and Airtron enough.

Service was ok. Ricky did a great job explaining to me what was going on the second time he came out after not being able to figure it out the first time. With that being said, this hasn’t been the best experience for my family. We are completely frustrated with this situation, this has nothing to do with Ricky but the lack of technicians has to improve, especially during the summer. For my wife and two girls to have to wait till 10pm when our service was scheduled for 12 - 5 is not acceptable.

Noah and Leo were extremely professional and timely. Job was done in a quick and. Efficient manner. Noah clearly explained what occur or what went wrong with my AC unit. Highly recommend their professional services.
