Christian is a very knowledgable and skilled AC technician, who went above and beyond in checking out my AC situation(s). Very experienced, in fact remembered everything about our home and our system from a tune up visit 4 years ago. Very helpful, personable, and was able to educate more than any one ever before about the things that need attention on my system. It was a pleasure to have someone of Christians demeanor, knowledge, and ability in my home. I will request him for any future visits.

Noah and Leo came out to fix an issue with our ac not working properly, they took their time and looked at every single little thing, and communicated everything they found and fixed, and walked us through why and how those things were causing our issues in a way we could understand. They were friendly, on time, and very knowledgeable.

Our technician Christian was awesome! Very knowledgeable and professional. My husband was out of town on business but Christian took the time to explain the issues our AC unit was having. He was kind enough to havd answered my questions!

Keith & Landon were excellent! Efficient and knowledgeable. All the questions I asked they were able to fully explain and I was extremely appreciative. Several technicians had come but my heat wasn’t restored effectively until they came into the picture. Thanks guys!!

This is my 3 visit from this company. I love how quickly you can get an appointment. Mr. Calvin was very nice and quick to repair my AC. I very happy with his service. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great prices, as well.

Shannon our technician came today to service our units. He was very polite and courteous, listened to our concerns and provided guidance into them. He also provided us with options to consider to enhance the protection on our systems. We are very glad of the work he performed.

Leo was super knowledgeable and provided quick and effective service to our AC unit. He explained everything perfectly so that we know what the next steps need to be and the work he provided made an immediate, positive different in the cooling of our home.

We moved into our newly built Meritage home in January this year. Leo and Noah from Airtron came to our home this past Monday to inspect our outside A/C unit vigorously shaking and leaking in our attic. Since they left, our Thermostat is NOT reaching set Temperature and is instead rising. Air has also become unevenly distributed as only our Master BR is cool and upstairs hallway and Guest BR is HOT! This is unacceptable work and a BRAND NEW A/C system. Unfortunately Airtron is who our Warranty is through so we have to use them to service our A/C to avoid out of pocket costs. I hope we get HONEST and more EXPERIENCED techs coming tomorrow who will replace our Motor and Fan properly this time and make correct adjustments.

Shannon and Shaheed were great! We appreciate their quick work to solve our ac problem. It was 96 degrees in our house and now we can look forward to a good night sleep
