Mr. Silva was hired to Remove old exhaust fans and to install of new fans at my residence. He did not connect the exhaust pipes to the vents. He did not use proper connectors and either just shoved the smaller pipes inside the larger ones, instead of using reducers or just left them in the attic. His work is so bad that even an am mature would scoff at it. This is not poor workmanship, this is willful negligence.

I just want to thank you for your help in getting us the air conditioner. Your employees were very courteous and friendly. I appreciate, as well as my dad, how quickly you were able to get us the unit, as I thought we were going to melt! I contacted Mr. Silva and he did not identify his company when he answered. When I asked for a copy of his electrical and HVAC license, he told me I was the first person to ask for it. I told him it was important to be licensed. He told me to find somebody else. His manner was rude and he unprofessional. I certainly will look somewhere else.
