Huge rip off. Called them to have two valves replaced for my AC unit and the technician simply installed insulation and added duct tape over the pipes and sent me a bill for $500. These people are a huge rip off buyer beware!

Was told the quote is free, then when they called to confirm technician is coming to give a quote they told me it’s 120$. Unprofessional and utterly ridiculous.

We've been using Gold Rule for several years in 2 different homes in Houston. First to diagnose, repair and replace the AC coil in our attic. Since then we've had them come out twice per year for general maintenance and check ups. They ensured everything was up to par when selling our home before inspection, and did a general maintenance on our new home and found a gas leak.
They are very quick to schedule appointments and solve any issues. Pricing is fair. We've had Marlow as our technician all these years, we love the service he provides.
