Air Pro AC & Heating

I have been using Airpro Air Conditioning & Heating every since they opened. They have done all of my maintenance and replace both of my systems over the last 25 years. They have always been professional and efficient. I have never been disappointed with their service and this visit was no different. Shaun did an outstanding job and completely explained everything he did and the results. Once again I am very satisfied with the results!

Air pros is very pricey. My repair was pretty simple and straight forward. The repair cost seem high for just 2.5 hours of work and he add some $99 trip charge that was not made aware to me until he got to my home. They wrote me back and said they are just really expensive and I should just accept it. In the future I will not be calling this contractor.

Very good installation service. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had and addressed every concern I had. The work performed was top notch and went beyond my expectations. I will use them again for any work I need.

They are the only HVAC company that was able to get my electrostatic air cleaner working again. My regular service company only wanted to replace it. Same with another company that I had check it out. John Hudson from Air Pro was able to assess the problem and get my unit fixed. I was so impressed with the ability, product knowledge and professionalism that I decided to sign up with their annual maintenance plan. They get 5 Stars from me and my sincere recommendation.

Very helpful and friendly. I have been using Airpro since 2006. This same Tech along with Bob Monroe is the reason I stay with the company. They both kept my last custom home new install in top shape. Even after moving from that location I have had Airpro service my current home.

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Of course, like many, we had a warranty when we purchased our home and after two years, our a/c went out at the beginning of August. We have two small children, one with a heart condition, who was recovering from her most recent open heart surgery. There was no way we could stay in our home until it was fixed. After two weeks of the getting the run around with the recommended a/c company, Military Air and HWA, I decided to be done with both of them. I was so mad that we hadn’t made progress of getting our a/c replaced that I did a quick google search. Air Pro had the most reviews and the highest reviews so I took the chance that they had to be better than the previous company.

I made a call on Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 and explained our situation and they had someone out to give us a quote within 30 minutes. While
it took days to get absolutely nowhere, Air Pro came to the rescue and by the next morning they were installing a new a/c and heating unit for us. Not only did they install a new system, they sent multiple guys to help get the job done that day so we could bring our girls back home. At one point we had six guys all helping each other out.

While I know there are plenty of horror stories of home warranty companies and I know we were paying out of pocket for a new system, we could not be happier in switching companies. They did a great job and I’m so confident in the work they produced. I think had we just paid the recommended company we’d have less of a powerful a/c and heating unit and installation wouldn’t have been handle with the same amount of care.
