I contacted Airpro after a botched generator installation. I was impressed by how quickly they responded. The electrical manager, Michael Gattis, was extremely professional, and knowledgable. Not only did he properly connected and set up my generator but he patiently answered every question and concern I had. I highly recommend Michael Gattis, and Airpro. Two big thumb up!

Highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs. They came to repair my furnace, and did their best to fix it. When it was determined I needed a new one, they replaced it the next day at a fair price. They were direct and honest about the work that needed to be done.

When my house couldn't cool down I needed to find someone fast. They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and then Gerald showed up. He was amazing. He fixed the primary problem quickly and got us all squared away. I pointed out another concern and he was able to honestly discuss solutions without me feeling pressured; he just offered solutions and spoke about the pros and cons of each. I ended up going with a UV thing that will take care of the mildew problem in the ducts and they were able to get it installed at my next earliest convenience. The company seems pretty great and, if Gerald is any indication, they've got good people on board as well. Thanks!

I’ve used Air Pro for 15 years. They do what they say they are going to do, from installing my new A/C to repairing my previous unit. They are ALWAYS on time, efficient, courteous and honest. Great people and great company.

I knew, it was finally the time to replace the whole system, as well as my 17-year-old furnaces and two compressors, and get some higher efficiency units installed .From the first appointment with Barry and Ramon, through the total job with each technician who worked on this installation, the job was done with perfection. Extremely hard to find a company with this high amount of vigilance and this much integrity. Barry personally have designed a new ductwork line and additional, sophisticated returned air system. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and feel comfortable with the high end product and service you will receive. I look forward to a long relationship… Thank you to everyone!!!
What I liked about AirPro Air Conditioning & Heating:
– Fair price. Even though, I have decided to invest a top $$$ for my State of Art air condition system, I got much more that I have paid for.
– listened to what I wanted and accommodated that
– went over various options appropriate for the system I needed and wanted, and they let me pick what I wanted (no hard sells)
– Barry and Ramon did a full Manual J calculations; did not just use a rule of thumb to size, or just put the same size back in with no further thought
– answered all my questions (and I had a lot), and answered them cheerfully
– communicated very well
– came exactly when they said they would
– the installation crew ( 7 people) were extremely hardworking, conscientious, professional,willing to answer all the questions I had, while the furnace and A/C were going to be installed.
– everything was left very clean and tuned .

I have been doing business with Airpro for more than 6yrs now, and I’ve never had problems with them. The technician who came to do the maintenance check on my AC unit today (8/2/2019) is very friendly, thorough and helpful. Thanks for the service and keep up the good work.

Today Wesley came out to repair our HVAC wire that had been chewed on by a rodent. He was both quick and thorough. We're really grateful that he was honest and fair with the pricing as well. We'll definitely use this service again.

I had my AC unit go through routine maintenance, as well as reset my thermostat. AirPro technician, Cody Kettler came through and worked on it. He did his inspections, as well as did a few preventive maintenance. Cody also provided some information about my warranty and how to troubleshoot my thermostat. His attention to detail is outstanding. He also replaced the filter and got my AC ready for this coming Texas heat. AirPro and their technicians are very knowledgeable and their professionalism and customer service is excellent! Happy to be an AirPro customer.

So, my AC wasn't working, Cody Kettler Came to our home. He explained everything to me, he began working immediately. He worked late into the evening trying to get it going, but he couldn't. We could tell he felt terrible.
He fixed several things that the last gentlemen from another company had not done, explaining to me things that have puzzled me for years. He came back today, got it running. Cleaned up everything. Polite as he could be, but also informative and knowledgeable and just a great guy. I have never had this great experience with AC and heating before. And the price was definitely not out of line with the work. This is dedication you don't see every day. They should be so excited to have this guy at AirPro Houston! My faith is restored and so is my cool air!

The initial consultation and installation service was great. The guys took their time and did a great job of explaining how to use the system.
