I have been in Operations for years, and never have I had such an excellent experience with a vendor! One of our companies has 3 locations on the east side of Houston, with 10 total units. Almost all of them needed repairs and/or replacements. Pricing was fair, workers were professional and knowledgable, office staff was lovely to work with. Can NOT say enough great things about this company! They will have our professional business (and now personal for our executive staff) from here on out!

WOW!! I called the after hours number last night just to leave a message for someone to give me a call today to talk about replacing my inoperative 23 year old system. About 10 minutes later I get a call from Patrick Wren, asking when I would like for him to come by. I was really surprised when at almost 7p.m. he said that he was on his way. We looked over the system that he recommended, made the purchase and had the install scheduled for this morning. The team that they sent out to install the system was very knowledgeable about the system and were very professional. I highly recommend Air Pro / R.M. Mullinix!!

Great company, great service. Had them do the spring check-up during pandemic, was on time and efficient, as contactless as possible. Installed our new system in November 2019, fairly priced and has run great. We highly recommend them to anyone needing service!

The home AC wasn't keeping up with the summer heat, and Air Pro was able to get the right replacement equipment ready for installation the very next day. The team did a neat job from top to bottom on a full energy efficient American Standard replacement system, and they gave us a great price too. I highly recommend Air Pro.

Called at 10 pm last night when my furnace pilot light went out. They sent a tech out in the morning. Called me to check I’d be there and verify what the problem was. Shaun came out and did an awesome job—explained the problem he saw, walked me through the mode of operation, showed me pricing for replacement and repair, and finished the repair excellently. They definitely did a great job taking care of my furnace needs!
