I have receive excellent service and effective results from people and technicians who know what they are doing. They went the extra mile when they had to adapt to accommodate condition created when connecting new to old. My opinion it is that i have received high value at a reasonable price.

Our air conditioning system went out on a hot Houston summer day and our regular service company said they *might* be able to fit us in the following afternoon. I called six companies that advertised 24-hour emergency service and only AirPro called me back. They said somebody would be out in about two hours and they showed up early! The friendly, efficient technician quickly fixed the problem and we slept in cool comfort. There was a reasonable charge for the emergency call but we were happy to pay it. We're very satisfied with AirPro!

I can't say enough good things about my whole experience. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly, got us financing quickly and installed a new a/c very quickly. They also gave us a window unit to use while they were installing the new a/c. They were all very professional and respectful as well.

Justin called ahead of arrival and was here early in the appointment window. This was also a service provided on a holiday (July 4). He was able to identify the issue and get us back up and running. He continued troubleshooting until everything was working properly. Great service, reasonable price and most importantly our AC is cooling the house again!

Your Technician, Brandon Felts, resolved my heating issues...

His persistence of wondering why my heater was operating on a 20k basis was bothering him...

Finally, Brandon discovered that there's a 2nd 20k strip on the back side of the kit....that had been compromised...

The following morning he arrived with a new kit, and now, my heater is functioning properly...

During this whole process, Brandon explained thoroughly what had occurred and the remedy..

Brandon Felts is a great asset to Air Pro, a Technician that knows his craft, and because of him, I will be renewing my service contract when due....

Customer service was excellent. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Since this was an after hours repair, Jordan gave me options concerning the obtaining the needed part from the supply store that was closed on Sunday. I chose to pay the store after hours opening fee so that my HVAC unit could be up and running ASAP. I'm extremely pleased with the service provided by Air Pro AC & Heating.

Danny, our technician, was amazing. He had our AC unit up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. We had been without AC in Houston for 6 days in 100 degree weather. Our, home warranty company, America Home Shield, referred us to a company, J & J Mechanical, to do the repair. Unfortunately, they were not reliable. They (J &J) never called to schedule the original service appointment then rescheduled the appointment 4 days later without giving us notification. They said they had to order a pump.
AirPro serviced the existing pump and had the AC up and running in no time.
I am cancelling my membership with America Home Shield for a more reliable home warranty company. And… I will never recommend J & J Mechanical to anyone ever.
