My unit went out on Memorial weekend and I contacted R.M. Mullinex . I was extremely impressed with how quickly they responded. I had Pat come out that evening to quote me and my unit was installed the next day . I was afraid that we were going to be out of air until after Memorial weekend . I was wrong they came through! I would strongly refer them to anyone needing services. Ask about financing .

Horrible experience. AC unit installed by their company and they blamed us because we didn't maintenance the wire?! We are the new owner of the home and the unit is not even 2 years old. We transfered the warranty, purchased their "member ship" warranty and now just to fix they charge us another $1200 for rewiring?!
Please avoid this company and save your money.

We realized our air wasnt blowing cold and the outsode unit wasnt turning. Called at 5pm on Sat and we had a tech at the house in less than an hour and it was completely fixed by 7pm. I will ONLY use Air Pro. The tech was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. The price was also VERY affordable for a last minute after hour repair.

AirPro representative Danny was prompt, efficient, and professional. The system installation from a previous install was excellent. And, the new A/C unit has cooled the house efficiently, now for six months.

My thermostat had been powering off. I requested an appointment on Sunday and Sunday afternoon Jeannette called me to schedule an appointment the next day. Received a courtesy call to say the driver was 30 minutes out so I could meet him at my home. John has been to my home before for service calls and regular maintenance on my AC unit. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes a lot of pride in his work and represents Airpro well. I'm so glad I chose Airpro to install my AC unit. Great customer service from the ladies the ladies in the office to the technicians.

I first used Airpro 15 years ago when they installed and subsequently serviced my HVAC units. Their service was quite good until about 2 years ago. Service definitely took a down turn when I called to replace a thermostat which they installed and warranted for life (see photo). Their response was since I do not have a service contract they would charge me for installation and hardware. It was clear they were only concerned with making more money on a service contract (providing poor service) instead of standing by their previous work. They special order thermostats with their lifetime warrantee and phone number preprinted on it yet still so not stand by their work. Terrible.

Brandon came to my house to check on my air-conditioning system. He was on time professional, and courteous. He explained what he saw inside and outside. He cleaned the condenser outside very well. Very knowledgeable. Very honest. I will be calling and asking for him again. I’m very happy with his company.

Great technicians, with fast professional service. Prices are fair and gave a veteran’s discount. Highly recommend these great people.

Quality and professionalism at its best.
They came and redid our duct work and a/c in one day. Their work is so nice I almost hate to cover it up with the drywall. There was a follow up visit by their supervisor Ramon, to ensure that I was satisfied.
