J.J. Is the man! Showed up on time, tackled the problem head on and immediately fixed the issue within minutes. Explained the reason for the leak and what I can do to keep it from failing again. Even though the water leak issue was minor, his attitude and determination was most impressive and I’ll definitely be calling for his expertise next time I need any repairs. Thanks J.J.!

Strittmatter recently repaired an AC Freon leak inside my home. It involved replacing the evaporator coil.

I got multiple bids, and even got the chance to vet the company's qualifications before selecting them, by having them locate the leak that I already knew was there. Strittmatter wasn't the cheapest, but they were the ones able to most quickly and accurately locate the leak. They had the parts ordered the same day and available for install the next day. In this Texas summer heat - speed is essential for AC repairs.

On the day of the install, they arrived on time. They were quick and precise about the work. They cleaned up after themselves and had the system running in less time than expected.

I will be using Strittmatter again for future plumbing & AC needs.

Andy was here to check my Heating system and my Air Scrubber. He has been checking and repairing my air and heat for about 8 years and he is the best.
Last spring we got the Air Scrubber because I was sneezing so much. I had been so miserable so we decided to get it and I stopped having hardly any problems within the week. All the family has noticed a big improvement in the air quality. So glad we have Strittmatters! We also use them for plumbing and we are pleased with the plumbing also!

Highly recommended! We had a clog in one of the a/c units and they took care of it so quickly. Super nice and very professional!!

I have a very bad taste in my mouth after dealing with this company. The scope of work was to solder a threaded valve connection on a 3/8" copper pipe. For 30 minutes of work and $40 worth of parts, they charged $660 dollars. We already had identified the problem, access was wide open, and this was a low-risk repair. To be fair, they did provide what seems to be a good installation, but we were absolutely taken advantage of. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Once again, Strittmatter comes through for us! An air conditioner not working on a Sat afternoon is a pain, but Andy was on call and at my door in a very short time after calling. Immediately assessed the issue and got my system back up and running. Answered my questions, and even offered some tips on further comfort related to the humidity inside the home. I am continually pleased to have Strittmater covering our A/C and being at the ready to respond to any issues.

Before I even talk about how amazing my technician was today, I just want to give an enormous shout out to the ENTIRE team at Strittmatter. When 99% of Denton was shut down due to the coronavirus pandemic, Strittmatter was still open and -- more importantly -- wanted to share the wealth. If people in the community purchased a gift certificate to a local business and sent them the receipt, then Strittmatter would purchase a gift certificate to match it (up to $50)! Which DOUBLES the sales of these small businesses that were closed AND is such a great way to encourage the community to go out and purchase gift certificates to keep those small businesses going in the first place.

With a generous heart and a desire to give back that way, they have 100% earned my business for life.

Okay now for my technician, Andy: he installed an air scrubber at my small business before we reopened (I want to keep our clients and staff safe, after all!) and even before masks were "cool" he wore one inside my building and respected the 6' distance we needed to keep in order to be safe. This was WAY before any of this was mandated, and he still understood the importance of it. I finally got another air scrubber installed in my home, and he once again wore a mask and shoe coverings, kept his distance, and stayed after to answer the questions I had about maintenance on this unit and the specifics of how it worked. (I just knew that it DID work -- I didn't quite fully understand HOW, though.)

Long story short: Strittmatter is amazing, they've got big hearts and a quality product, the service they provide is professional and respectful, and Andy deserves a cookie because he's awesome.
