We have used this company multiple times and had multiple technicians at our place. Both Jay and Brent have been incredibly helpful, resourceful, and professional. Every time we have an issue they have been out quickly and worked to resolve the issues. The prices have been fair and we have loved using this company.

The two men were excellent!! They worked very hard in an extremely hot small old house attic to remove an old A/C unit with a new unit. Communicated well what needed to be done. Cleaned up everything. Would give them each10 stars - Fantastic job!!!

Quick response to our broken outdoor line. Toby was extremely helpful and fast with his repair so we could get water back to the house. He also advised us on treatment for the leak in the wall. Highly recommend and greatly appreciated!

We called Strittmatter out to give us a quote to repair our evaperator coil in our A/C unit. The initial company we used didn't find the issue, even after 4 visits. They came out, found the issues, even helped out with the unit being under warranty to save us a lot of money, but also offered an affordable way to improve the system to help maintain the life of our A/C unit. We appreciate great customer service and this company has it in spades. We will be loyal customers with them.

I called due to a backed up sewer line, & they had a plumber (JJ) at my house within 30-45 mins from the moment the call was placed. He was friendly, efficient & very knowledgeable.

The time it took me to research a temporary repair to even do a permanent one... Brent at Strittmatter was responsive, on-time, quick and effective on the repair. Would have taken me longer just to run to the store and get the needed items. Between trying to save time and money, it was well worth calling in the help to get it professionally done.... and that is coming from a retired Seabee! Brent and Strittmatter ROCKS!!!

I called after 5 and Andy called back and came as soon as he could. My unit was not cooling. He put some freon in and within 20 minutes I could feel the difference. Andy was very professional and courteous and I got excellent customer service.
