JJ w/ Strittmatter did a greta job and quickly took care of our leak. This is the 2nd time we have used Strittmatter and have had a great experience both times.

Had a main line clog…washer and sink were backing up. Have called smaller outfits in the past for the same problem. Nathan came out, on time (with an on the way text), listened to me, had a look at the job, and gave me an exact quote. He said it will be price A if he does X, and price B if he has to do more. To me, knowing the cost upfront, regardless of the price, is better than some random price for whatever service is performed, no matter how easy the job turns out to be. Strittmatter has been in business for a while because they charge a fee, and it’s honest and upfront. Of course they charge a fee to come to your house…that’s how business works. That should be expected; their time and fuel is not free. Can’t recommend them enough. I would imagine if you need any service they provide, you will get a fair and honest price, and the job will be done right.

We called the service and as usual they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and punctual. Toby showed up on time ready to solace our problems and keep us informed of cost and what exactly was going on with our water leak. He has to dig in my flower bed and he put it back like it was. I would like to thank Stritatmatter for always coming to the rescue.

JJ was very knowledgeable regarding all things plumbing and with our hot water heaters. He was timely, kind, professional, explained everything thoroughly. He made me feel very comfortable that he was more than qualified for the job. We will definitely use them in the future for all our needs. Highly recommend. Also he cleaned up the mess in the shower from the drain and took the trash out with him!

I have had another great experience with Strittmatter Plumbing. Brett went above and beyond to repair an outside faucet pump that I use for my horse and finished the repair/replacement with a superior result. He also replaced a water recirculator for me as well. He thoroughly communicated his estimate, his approach to each part of the job, and explained what he accomplished in the end. He left my house and the outside space clean. I am another satisfied customer.

J.J. showed up early, quickly fixed the leak and was leaving about the same time my appointment window started. Great job, couldn’t be happier with their service!

I recently put an epoxy floor in the garage and tripped the vapor sensor. For the life of me I couldn’t get it turned on. J.J. came out twice. Didn’t charge me for the second trip. Which he didn’t have to do. I greatly appreciated his efforts calling the manufacturer to get it right. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Without any hesitation I will use this company again. Fair pricing, honest and timely. Thank you J.J.!
