Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating and AC

JJ did great job, was polite, patient, quick, and informative! He even gave me tips on turning off the main water valve, which wasn’t related to the repair. AND, he didn’t leave a mess behind him! 👍

I love Strittmatter. I have a maintenance contract with them on both my house and my rental house. I hate Texas summers, and the fact that my AC could go out in July/August/September gives me heart palpitations. Ever since I have signed up with Strittmatter, my heart has been calm. They communicate and are extremely responsive to any/all issues that I may have. I know that when they tell me that I need to do something, it needs to be done. If it is something that can wait, they tell me to give me time to budget for the eventual fix. I recommend them so much. I have gone the "guy with a truck" route, trying to save a nickel. Well, that route ended up costing me a dime, and (guess what) Strittmatter ended up coming in and fixing the issue.

Outside condenser fan stopped overnight. Called first thing in the morning and got a call back and appointment within a couple of hours.
Tech, TJ Collendrina, showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me the run down on my options. I especially appreciated that he explained the pros, cons, and expenses of each solution. Short answer: replace the capacitor today and replace the whole system when it gets cooler. I felt he was transparent and fair and didn't mind educating me about his industry as pertained to my repair. I'll be using Strittmatter again and I'll be asking for TJ.

Our furnace wouldn't light. Not only did he get it working the inspected the inside, outside and gave us a age and life expectancy of parts and unit.

Never felt pressured to do anything other than pay the $79 diagnostic and service fees, but was very friendly and walked me through future options.

Always great service from Strittmatter. Called on a Saturday with no AC and Andy was there in 45 minutes and had it diagnosed and fixed within an hour for a reasonable price. Nice guy and totally trustworthy.

It's never a happy feeling when you NEED a plumber. But it provides a level of security when your plumber knows what he is doing, and takes the time to explain in plain terms what your options are. That is what J.J. does.

JJ and Angel came on time. They were professional and knowledgeable about my situation.Turns out I didn’t have a leak, just all the rain pooling in and around my water meter. JJ explained what my meter would look like if any water was turned on or leaking. I will definitely use Strittmatter again!

Cody is amazing! After not having water in our home for over 3 days ( no showers, no toilets, no dishwasher, nothin’!) and being let down by other plumbers in the area all weekend CODY SAVED THE DAY! Wish we had found them earlier. Great friendly service, super knowledgeable, willing to explain the diagnosis, and show us some methods to prevent issues in the future.
