Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating and AC

Kris was extremely thorough and detailed I'm explaing my AC system. I had a different company come out and tried to sell me a $25,000+ system without hardly diagnosing anything. Kris spent almost two hours checking my system from top to bottom, and provided pictures of his process. He found there was no leak and that they had improperly charged my system. I'll never call anyone besides Strittmatter again!

Annual maintenance on our HVAC systems. I received a call stating the time of arrival - He was on time. He wore protective coverings over his shoes. He was very polite and considerate of my home. He was knowledgeable with the systems. He stated the time frame the appointment would take, and he was exactly correct. Our system is up and running Great. Thank you!

Brian was absolutely terrific! Not only did he and his team get my water heater replaced but it did it in excellent fashion. He is a true professional, and I would recommend anyone to use not only him but the Strittmatter Team.

RIP OFF!!! STAY AWAY!!! The 'plumber' they sent out could not find a leak so 'repaired' fridge water supply that was NOT broken for $600 (was a $300 job according to another plumber). During the course of the repair, caused $500 worth of damage to the drywall. Had to hire a different plumber to find the actual leak and make the real repairs the next day. He made similar repairs for 1/2 the cost and did NO drywall damage in the repair or looking for the leak. This place is useless. Call anyone else. Management contacted me and I explained the issues I had with their services. The management has offered no refunds or recourse.

Working with Strittmatter has literally been a breath of fresh air. Service companies either don't answer the phone or they over promise and under deliver. That is NOT the case with Strittmatter. Jace and Felix actually listened to our concerns regarding the cooling issues we experience year over year and both technicians went about and beyond. We ended up going with a brand new unit which we knew would be pricey and when it came time to sign, Felix was very intentional and made sure all of our questions were answered. Our new unit is set to be installed Monday and I know we'll be blown away by their quality of service. Thank you Strittmatter!

First time using these guys and couldn't be happier with their professionalism and and speed of service.

My water heater started leaking all over the garage and when I called they had Brandon and Parker out faster than I had expected. They assessed the situation and went to work immediately getting me setup with a same day installation. Water had leaked into the walls and they gave me a heads up to where the water had spread with their moisture reader. They didn't try to sell me anything on the water, they just gave me a heads up so I was aware.

They then had the installation team of Nick and Zack show up a couple hours later and they quickly installed the new water heater. The area was setup well and cleaned up after they were done with all the trash and old tank hauled away.

All 4 techs I worked with were friendly, informative, worked with a sense of urgency and kept me in the loop with the progress.

Overall, a very good experience for a bad situation when the water heater broke.

Felix was my salesman an did a very thorough job measured the house and attic explained every thing to me and the job was done and installed the very next day. this type of proffesionalism is in my opinion not found very often today. I would reccomend him and his team to anyone that is seeking a top tier job from a top tier team they did all the little things that make the difference from good to exceptional.

Strittmatter is always timely (and give a 2hour window rather than 4 hour window), calling 15-30 minutes prior to their arrival. They are professional, and explains repairs needed thoroughly. I’ve always been able to get any repairs needed quickly. I don’t hesitate to refer them to friends and neighbors.

Gilbert and Hunter were great. Thorough inspection. Took the time to explain all findings and recommendations. They weren't here to sell products, only informing me of their findings. So glad I have signed up for their services. Very trustworthy company.
