I had a clog in my AC drain line and water was just starting to collect in the attic. I did not feel it was urgent and left a message. I received a call back and services in 24 hours. They were honest and reduced the charges when the repair did not turn out to be as extensive as originally thought. Friendly and professional and would definitely use them again.

AJ saved the day! AC condenser wouldn't come on. I called Bear Air and AJ said he was 7 minutes away. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. Thanks for your fast response and great customer service. 👍🏾

I have been using Bear exclusively for years (maybe 10+). They are honest, very responsive and do quality work. I have never had a single issue with them as long as I have been using them. My units have never had major problems other then the normal wear and tear and time since they do quality work each time they are out

I have used Bear HVAC for years now. AJ and his Team are my go to guys for all of my HVAC needs. They have done repairs and complete installations in the past. Today was my annual summer inspection and tune up for both my systems, and as always the technician was through and effective.

Ok I have to update this review!
Our furnace wouldn’t work so we called them.
1- They came out within 2 hours
2- Got it working in 20 minutes & explained everything
3- Honored their warranty
4- Did all this while our little girl was sleeping in the room with the thermostat!
Unbelievable, couldn’t ask for better service!

These guys did a fantastic job! They came out the next day, serviced one unit & gave us an estimate to replace a unit that wasn’t working at all. We had another company come out to compare prices. Bear had a better & larger unit for slightly less & could install sooner! Couldn’t believe a company like this exists. You have to give AJ a call!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I actually used to work for them, and I have seen their inner workings. They are extremely professional, efficient, and HONEST company. I am no longer in the HVAC business, but I know if I need anything I will be calling them. AJ, The owner has a knack for knowing EXACTLY what is wrong with a unit and he will actually try to fix the unit instead of replace it. I have worked for other companies that lie in order to drum up business, saying things like the duct-work needs to be replaced because of mold, where there is no mold present at all.

Alex and everyone I've dealt with at Bear Air Services are great to work with. They are up front, helpful, understanding of the value of your time, and do great work on site and give even better feedback about my unit. I don't just get a "everything looks good" but also more details about what they did and how they think my unit is working. Definitely will continue to use their services.

AJ replaced our entire A/C system in one day! The pricing was very competitive, and he was easy to work with. He is also very responsive and detail oriented. Would recommend and will use again!
