J.J. Is always prompt if not early. He gives clear explanations and options to solving plumbing issues. I found him efficient and extremely professional on both occasions I have required plumbing repair.

Brent Fangman did an outstanding job locating the leak @ quickly pulled & re-seated the toilet to fix it. The site was cleaned very well & everything looks great. Great Job. I’ll definitely be using Strittmatter in the future.

The tech that showed up, Brent, was very personal and professional. He called in advance to let me know if his estimated arrival time. He showed up right on time. And then provided me with two options on the repair. He and his assistant were very quick and knowledgeable at completing the job. JJ was able to identify our problem quickly. He then searched for replacement parts and found some locally. He picked them up, came back and did the repairs. He went above and beyond accommodating both myself and my aging dad. I highly recommend JJ and STRITTMATTER Plumbing

Toby was prompt and professional. He was here within 15 minutes of calling. He explained what he was going to do, the cost involved, and fixed it in under 30 minutes. While it was a slight premium to other I called, I did not have to wait for 2 weeks to repair it. The past cold weather had ruptured the outside faucet stem.

J.J. and Christopher were on time, friendly and informative. Work was completed in a timely manner and provided information as to what caused the issue, how it would be resolved and tips on how to avoid this re-occurring. The cost was higher than I expected but I will call Strittmatter in the future as needed.

The technician arrived early (Brent). He did a great job replacing 2 bathtub faucets and left the place clean as a whistle! The price was higher than expected but worth every penny. I recommend them to anyone needing fast friendly service.

We had a pipe burst in our bathroom during the Super Bowl and had about 3 inches of standing water throughout the house. Called Strittmatter Plumbing and they had JJ on site in 30 minutes. JJ assessed the issue and capped the line immediately so we were able to have water for the rest of the evening. He also recommended a great water mitigation company (Kat 3) and then came back the next day to finish final repairs.

All in all a bad situation, but JJ and Strittmatter's made the process a whole heck of a lot easier. Thanks to everyone over there for their fast response and stellar service, A++ highly recommended!
