Strittmatter Plumbing, Heating and AC

Overall a decent experience. If it wasnt such a large install I would have given 3 stars, but they were here for a long time and did everything else well.

I'll have to go back through and paint the cover hiding the line, its very far off from the color of the house and has some sort of staining going on, and I'll have to seal the hole at the top.

The second issue in our home was a plumbing issue. David was our tech. Very informative of what our issue was. He had a solid knowledge of his trade. David answered all of our questions in a respectful and professional manner. We are now good to go. This was our first time using this company for plumbing.. We were very pleased.

Our air conditioning stopped cooling the house early this morning and we needed someone to come out ASAP. Derrick was out here about 2 hrs later and the fix was an easy one. We were so impressed and will continue to use Strittmatter in the future!

Toby did a great job finding our leak, fixing it and helping us locate a restoration company to put things right again. He was like a "one stop shop" and very helpful. Toby was prompt and very courteous and helped get us reach out to the restoration company. Kudos Toby.

Derrick did an awesome job coming to test my system, found the leak, helped me make it through the weekend and came promptly on Monday morning to take care of us. It was nice to work with someone and a company that cared more about getting the job done right, than making a buck.

Osvaldo and his team came down and installed a new system. Worked hard and left about 9:30pm. He was unable to turn on the heat as there was a part missing. Said that he made a notation and someone will return to fix the problem. Did a great job overall.

Gilbert Magdaleno came down immediately and did a good job appraising the situation. Provided us with an estimate and recommended that a senior technician look at the old system to see if a new one is needed. Gave a great estimate on the repair nevertheless.

During the summer of last year which was scorching, my 28 year old system died. I had them to look at it prior and small parts were replaced; lasted a few days. I got the Easy Comfort plan and the entire HVAC plus new duct work was installed. It was the best decision I made since taking over my mother's home. They even reimbursed the small parts repair bill. The service personnel are always professional and polite. The customer service personnel are always extremely polite and helpful. Most importantly, this is one thing I don't have to worry about not only for myself, but for my daughter when she takes over the property in the future.

Many thanks & praises to Andy, Brian & Dave for quickly & thoroughly detecting and solving problem with low gas pressure (thus no heat, hot water, etc)! I did not expect the problem to be resolved so fast & the guys were professional & very respectful. Thanks to Lisa for scheduling them asap! 😊

Caleb provided quick and friendly service! He quickly identified the issue with our AC not draining properly due to a clogged drain and was able to provide recommendations and do repairs in no time flat. Incredibly respectful and professional! Great experience! Thanks Caleb!
