Signed up for the monthly service plan which included air filter replacement. After 5 months of payments and no filters replaced, I was informed they could not replace my particular filter (home built in 2020). The same filter that was identified when I signed up for the service. We also asked for additional quotes for our system which we never received. This company was referred by someone I trust which makes it all even more disappointing.

David and Brian came and efficiently cut open and fixed my dug in up sewer pipe, after Brandon came and identified the problems. Thank you to all three men for taking care of the messy situation, as well as the diggers who dug it up whose names I did not get.

I had a water plumbing leak from the ceiling. Strittmatter responded my call and sent expert Angel Sauceda very fast. He completed the repairing work very efficiently and professionally. He also is very friendly person. I would recommend Strittmatter and Angel for plumbing job.

Strittmatter repaired a frozen pipe we had in February 2021. After a long and arduous re-do of the interior of our whole house, followed by replacement of exterior siding, we had Strittmatter back on November 17, 2022 to complete the weatherization and insulation of the pipe that caused us the initial problems. Dillon and his sidekick (sorry, I can't remember his name) did an excellent job in providing options for repair, an excellent job in making the repair, and then finally, for clean up afterwards. I felt 100% satisfied with them, and I think you will also!

Nathan used his camera to inspect main drain line. The clog had cleared so no additional service needed. He did use his camera to locate main drain clean outs since stub outs were below grade. I paid about the same as oil change and balance for my truck. Incredible nice and professional guy. I know who to call next time.

When a landlord told me I had to replace a faucet at the advice of one of these technicians I called to ask for clarification and documentation that my faucet is not fixable. Instead of calling me back the technician called my landlord because "they don't work for me". When you claim I have to replace something that my husband fixed in 10 minutes yeah there's something off there. Took forever to get the manager to call me back and she still didn't have all the answers to what actually happened here.
