One of my tub faucets was leaking. Technician quoted $354 to replace Moen gaskets and seals to stop the leak. I said that was ridiculous when it was a simple fix. So I told him to just shut the faucet off for now. He said the only thing he could do to stop the leak was turn the water supply to the house off and that is what he did for an $79 service charge. Ridiculous!!
Jeff is very courteous and polite; he explained everything that he was going to and put in extra preventive(surge protection). Very very happy with his work ๐๐๐๐๐
We had a noise in our water pipes when we turned the faucets on and off. Toby was able to diagnose and fix our problem when other plumbing companies could not.
I'll try to be objective here. They are fast, professional and expensive. Used them for two under-slab leaks and PVR (pressure reducer) valve upgrade to the tune of $7,111. Original quote was $11,700, but I called bull on the 13' foundation tunnel a couple days later, and told them we're doing the ceiling run instead (after I poked my $70 borescope through a little hole I poked in my ceiling).
My advice - They price by the job, not time and materials, so if you have more than one job on the same call, keep the job quotes absolutely, 100% separate, otherwise they get muddled and you lose track of what you're really paying for. For slab leaks, tunneling is a sure thing at $475 per tunnel foot, but if you can bypass the leaking section through walls and ceiling, it's a lot cheaper and the minor sheetrock repairs are SO MUCH less than $475 per foot. Use your head and be assertive.
Small footnote - after it was all done, I noticed my next door neighbor had a substantial amount of fresh dirt adding some needed fill around his foundation. I asked the neighbor if he had some work done also and he said, "No, your contractor noticed my foundation could use a little dirt and he knocked on my door to offer me the extra from your yard." So, I'm not going to be petty here, but if the excavation contractor had knocked on my door, I also had plenty of places I could have put that extra soil. I like my neighbor, so good for him. So, they care for your neighbor as well!
The team that replaced my water heater and fixed my outside faucet was very professional and did a wonderful job!! I will certainly use them in the future!!
Brandon Watts was extremely professional and friendly. He talked us through everything and got done quickly. I canโt recommend this company or Brandon enough.

I think my techs name was Sam, I didn't see his pic. He was phenomenal. The service was fast and fixed correctly the first time.
