First we had a terrible “plumber” who caused a lot of damage while trying to locate a major leak. Brandon, Brian and their team spent a few days fixing the damage and locating and fixing the leak. They were all polite and professional and did great work. Brandon is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to everyone we can.
They also installed a new water heater and they’re coming back to install a new garbage disposal unit.

One word, "Honest". After having a competitor come to the house and hand me a bill for entire unit replacement, Jace came, diagnosed the issue, and had my unit up & running in just a few minutes. Strittmatter is great and Jace is now my "go-to guy" going forward!

The guys came right away and were all very pleasant and cheerful! I have a new tankless water heater now. Thank you!

2 days before Christmas and the coldest day with freezing temperatures and record winds, my water heater gushing water all over the garage. To make the situation even worse, the water shutoff valve not connected! I called Strittmatter and they were at my home within an hour! Unfortunately I needed a new water heater and the installer was here with a new unit within the next two hours! I am so appreciative of their rapid response and great service men.

Excellent service... but above that - they were. honest...
I asked them to do some extra preventative work while they were at my house... They had a different team fix the leak and didn't understand that they needed to do the preventative work... they could have easily just said it was done - but didn't and came back and did the extra work even though they had already been paid.
