Extremely rude after business technician support. Called back on a job that was done to address a leak. Signed up for a maintenance plan. While restoration is going on, noticed leak again. Called in to report , after hour technician tells me he can’t get to it few days and asks me rudely if that’s the only unit I have in my home . All for using them year after year and signing contract

Used Strittmatter plumbing to replace a leaking outdoor hose bib that cracked in last freeze. Brandon watts arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable, also answered questions I had about a home water filter installation. Very pleased with the company and will definitely use again in the future.

I didn’t know it was possible to get your water heater replaced this fast. Brian and David did a great job and left my house and attic cleaner than they found it. They also weren’t phased by a curious 5 year old that I couldn’t get to stop bugging them.

My neighbors told me hot water was pouring out of the house, so I called several plumbers. Strittmatter responded first, were on site quickly and repaired the leak quickly, costing me less than originally quoted. They are responsive and honest. I highly recommend Strittmatter.

Quoted me $480.00 to replace a water valve... Then when I said that was ridiculous they insisted well then just pay them the $79.00 for their 5 minutes on site. I understand getting paid for time but to demand an absurd price knowing I would more than likely say no and then still demand $80.00 is just ridiculous and a horrible way to do business. I hate companies that do this and this one tops my list!
