Scottie came out today and I wasn't expecting anything till tomorrow because it was Mother's Day. He showed up when they said he would, talked me through everything he was going to do, and was clear about all of the work he did. I took a shot because of the radio ads, and I am 100% satisfied.

I was quite surprised that he said he wanted to take time to just look at my whole system. He found the issue quick and fixed it without being pushy to replace everything.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Scottie Baker was fenominal! He gave us all the options with no pressure or upselling like normal companies. Great Company.

Called them on 05/06/23 to come out to my moms house for service. Explained to them my 82 year old gramma is also in the house and we need help fast. Agreed to the weekend charge and made a appt for sunday 05/07/23 about 10am for them to come out. We never heard from them. Called several times to find out whats going on and kept getting told they could not get a hold of their dispatchers. Waited another 2 hours for a call back and never got a call back. Called them again and given the same story. Explained to them that this was not professional. Ended up going with a different company due to no communication and the new company showed up within an hour. Its ridiculous no tech showing up at the appointment time. I do not recomend this company due to this experience. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Scottie was awesome! On time, very thorough, presented multiple options to deal with the issue. Very affordable and definitely call again if needed!

Online appointments are a joke, I called the number to confirm and the person who answered informed me that the "system" does not update and no service available until June 22. I was really looking forward to this company due to their commercials on the radio. Turned to be fake "good customer service"Take your business elsewhere.
