Seth did an amazing job giving me all the details for my new system. I had to do a a full replacement of my 20yo R-22 unit. Elmers gave me all the options for all different price ranges and types of units for install. Once we picked the right one we signed some paperwork and they installed it 2 days later. They even brought over 2 portable AC units to keep us cool while we waited for the full hole install. Today Manny and Leo came and installed our new system. They were great. Keep everything clean and were great in walking me through my new system. Elmers really went above and beyond for a new customer. I’ve already recommended them to some friends.

My technician, Bryan, was professional and thorough. He took the time to cover the needed repairs and findings with me. I look forward to working with Elmer's again.

PROFESSIONAL FROM THE FIRST CALL TO SET APPOINTMENT! Very very DETAILED INSPECTION. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM. We have a BIG GERMAN SHEPHERD and were a little concerned about how he’d do with others in the house. It warned my heart to know that he got some attention from the crew!!! They were fantastic. I was not able to be there but my elderly mother was. We had got rain over night and the yard was a bit muddy. They even helped to clean up buddy floors from the dog upon finishing the job!! If you don’t know the story shot how they started the business 25 years ago check it out!! I teach CTE COSMETOLOGY and got my start in high school. SO DID HE! CTE CHANGES LIVES.

Scottie was great. Super fast and very professional. Would highly recommend without hesitation. Definitely will be our go to for HVAC services in the future.

Scottie was very helpful and detailed. He explained all of our options and let us choose the best one for us. Worked quickly and cleanly and was respectful.

I’m so sad because I had heard great ads for these people. We had to make THREE appointments with them because they were always running late & had to reschedule the appointments. In the end they never showed up for any of them. Very difficult to take time off work or out of busy weekend schedules to be stood up. Was told an account manager would call & STILL never received a call.

He answered all questions we had about everything related with the unit trouble, he was clear in all explanation about our system. He sowed on time. I’m strongly recommend service from them. They have professional technicians working with this company.

Based on their commercials I called to set up a maintenance on my older unit. Was told they had too many calls and that they were only scheduling service calls, no maintenance at all. I guess the “we keep older units going” applies only if it’s broke. I guess working to become a repeat customer isn’t important to them. Won’t recommend or use at all.

UPDATE: Manny, Eli, Leo & Omar came to install 2 new HVAC units. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and friendliness. Best in class/5-Stars is not enough. And where do I begin with Chris?! The gentleman who closed the deal. He did such a thorough assessment- unlike any other company. And I hid my work out to 7 of them. ——- I’ll be doing the water heater and more pretty soon. This is the first heating and cooling company that has done a thorough inspection on my HVAC units. Everything was explained with photos and patience. The entire experience (from the initial call to the sit down analysis) made me feel comfortable and sure in the need and value of my next steps and repairs. I’ll be doing more than HVAV’s with Ernest!
