Elmer's took the Time to provide a thorough and comprehensive inspection and assessment of my Home System. Jake was Honest and Professional and provided the information needed to Repair or Replace the parts. Nice to know financing is available as well... I will continue to do Business with Elmer's. Carl was very professional and friendly hard worker took the time to show me how to use the new thermostat also how to change the filter. I would recommend this company

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one you guys have to hear after I contact that this "Elmer's" to do some personal maintenance on my AC unit They try to come at a different time on the scheduled date that we had already confirmed they fumble the scheduling then try To point fingers Whose fault it was with the scheduling that was a headache next technician Is more of a sales guy than a technician they're completely different than what the commercial says trust me they're looking out for themselves and their pockets Now they were out here 3 weeks ago fixing or so call maintenence on my unit which now my air conditioner is not working this is something they should have caught when they were out here in the 1st place stay away from these people

Brian and Lorenzo came out and thoroughly checked the system from top to bottom. They were very informative of each item and potential issue they found. They took lots of pictures and reviewed them with me. These two guys were very professional and personable at the same time. It was simply an incredible experience working with these guys.

The service tech., Scotty was very professional and knowledgeable.
Updated 05/03/2023…I was totally impressed by Charlie, his willingness to explain exactly what was going on with my system in layman terms was really appreciated. He took lots of pictures and explained the problem or potential problem in each on his tablet, so you’re looking at actual evidence, instead of just taking someone’s word for it whom has been crawling around in your attic.
They will fix what you have but we are interested in upgrading our system because of it’s age. He explained our options very well.

My son-in-law's AC broke yesterday. He called this company at 10am. Was told that dispatch would call him with a time for a technician to repair thr unit that day. They never called back. My daughter called another company that was out and had the unit repaired within 3 hours of her phone call. It's a shame that this company is not as reaponsive.

We called Elmer’s to come out and look at our HVAC system. Our HVAC Technician, Scottie, was phenomenal. He was very thorough, professional, and on time. He went over all of our options for replacing and repairing our system. He did NOT take a 5 minute look at our system and try and push a new unit on us. He took his time to check everything over, and went over every single option to repair our (very old) unit if we were not comfortable buying a new one at this time. We also learned that we are able to finance through Elmer’s and that is a major plus! I cannot recommend this company enough! If you are able to request Scottie as your technician, I would definitely do so!

I want to thank Jake & Seth for really going above. They talk with u not at u answered all questions no matter the order. Made us feel really like one of family. And the men that installed are unit were very understanding for the dogs. When I called with a problem they came right out. They gave u a choices. I am so glad to now b part of this family. Thanks everyone for all your help and will recommend them to everybody. I will become there word of month. Thanks again.

Jake came out to inspect our unit and went over everything thoroughly. Afterwards he went over all the items about our unit that were a problem, referencing them by the pictures he took. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and would definitely use and recommend Elmer’s again and again.
