Eliud and Omar ( Dogos ) two great guys. Hard workers they were both very professional and very informative on the unit and on the task they were doing. Two young men who make a great team together. Two employees that any good company would love to have working for them . To the management team at Elmer's take care of these two young men they are an asset to any company, so treat these two young men right and take care of them and reward them with great raises and acknowledgement of their good and hard work . I can only say
Train people well enough so they can leave , treat them well enough so they don't want to leave .

Scottie came out right away and stayed until the job was done and done RIGHT. He was knowledgeable and professional and answered all our questions. We HIGHLY recommend him and Elmer's.

Volley Jaynes was our service tech. Extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Provided levels of service for us to choose from. Making appointment was easy. Contact was made on day of appointment. AC unit is back in service!

My house was so hot, it was unbearable, like 83 degrees.
Seth was here going over everything with me when I purchased the unit, and new ductwork in the attic.
He actually called and had a portable A/C brought to my house so I could sleep comfortably.
The General Manager, Ralph, was the person that delivered it to my house and set it up for me.
They all went over and above what I expected.
I’m proud to be part of their family, and their company comes with my highest recommendation.
When I got home from work, everything was installed, and my house was cool.

Pat and Jason arrived promptly in the morning and started to get things moving. They removed my old unit quickly. They ran into an issue and the warehouse guys delivered the equipment they needed to finish the job. Pat stayed to help us make sure the wifi thermostat was functioning and to make sure rooms were cooling down.

Scottie is awesome and amazing. He helped us with our av unit and went above and beyond with the financing part. We appreciate Scottie and Elmer's more than my words can express!! Thank yall so much!!!

We had a 34 year old system that was on its last leg, Brian came out and went over several options and their prices were all affordable. However I decided to go with a new system and Rick helped us with everything from beginning to the end. I love Elmers and their employees they are considerate of your budget, your home and your time.
