Thank you for coming out Scottie! The install crew was very professional. They made quick work of replacing our AC system. The even installed our smart thermostat for us!! Great Job!!

The Sunday of Memorial weekend our AC system stopped working and that evening we were on the phone desperate to fix it asap. Thankfully Elmers was not taking the day off and they showed up Monday morning, Monday afternoon and Monday Evening. We were given about a dozen options and alternatives to choose from. Ultimately we chose to install a new unit inside and out. They brought us portable AC units to put in our home to help us cool down. The demo team came that evening and did their part. In the morning our installers were here and ready to GO! I can’t say enough about how friendly, fast and CARING the Elmers team was and has been. It’s been a long time since I have experienced such customer service by a company.

I called Elmer's and they were professional. Kept me updated on the technician's arrival. The technician arrived as planned. He was extremely professional. He also showed me photos of all of the elements and parts he used. Scottie provided options and he was extremely professional. I will call them again! I am highly satisfied and would recommend the company.

This review is less timely than I would have liked, due to scheduled travel. I had AC failure about 3 weeks ago, and had to delay repairs for a couple of days. During the work, Manuel C. & Domingo S. needed to pause to get a part some distance away, which they did.
The work took the entire day, but they saw it through, and finished before leaving. I really appreciate their professionalism and persistence, as well as the great work they did.

What a concept right?
I was told we needed 2 new units by 2 companies.
Elmer's gave us four options...$800 later, our units are running great!
I almost forked out over $20k for both units.

Jose is very personable and a great guy. Amazingly thorough. I needed major work done. There was no pressure, they presented several options. I would definitely call them again.

My ac stopped cooling so I heard a ad on the radio for this company and decided to give them a try. I went through the online process and scheduled my appointment. About 20 minutes later I received a text message saying that they needed more information. I provided the information thinking that they needed to know exactly what they needed to bring to fix my issue. I was very rudely informed that they are NOT going to come look at my AC unit because they have “members” that they take care of. Long story short DO NOT use this company. They are trash and they only want you to “join” their membership monthly billing or they are not going to come look at your AC. Horrible company leaving people burning up in their homes because they don’t want to be billed monthly for a membership fee.

We haven't had AC for almost 2 years. Called multiple companies, only 2 came out. They both said I'd have to pay over $7k for a whole new unit. Scottie came out and saw that the outside unit was wired wrong. He had us up and running in less then 15 minutes, with a decent price. Can finally get rid of these window units now. Thank you
