Do not work for this company! They are unprofessional and have no safety guidelines. They make you watch all these safety videos but when you are on the worksite that all goes out the window. My lead guy never took a bath and smelled horrible. We never received material on time but it was our fault that the job was behind. I watched my lead guy mess up numerous times on things that if I did it would call for termination. I watched good guys that had years of experience walk out because of the disorganization and how chaotic it was. I watched guys on lifts thirty feet in the air with no safety harness or ppe on. They will hire temps that can't speak a word of English and give them a job with someone that doesn't speak Spanish. How that makes any sense is beyond me. It is truly a sink or swim company. If you enjoy chaos and a unprofessional work place this is the company for you.

Not so great place to work for just a shifty place and MGMT bad and don't look after employees supervisors are not great and are wrongfully placed in their position just need right people and maybe just maybe be better but not a chance in hell.

Worked there for 2 years with no problems. Most of the upper mangagement is very caring but it took 1 "dirty" superintendent to end my time with this company. Family 1st is their motto but when u man up and speak up u end up in the unemployment line. Was 1 of the top paid Fitter-Welders and ended up being terminated over "job production" and not wearing gloves. Passed all weld Xrays and have never recieved any verbal warnings or write ups. But for standing up for what was right and wrong i was simply let go. Sorry #polknation. I was loyal and in it for the long haul. Good riddance i guess.....

Worked with a contractor from Polk at a waste facility. They wanted me 2 other guys to perform maintenance on pipe that is used in bio solids. HUMAN WASTE! POLK contractor didnt have proper ppe or anything. He said we needed hepatitis shot to even work there tell me why no one had except for him!

I called in to get clarification on why the apartment complex I live at the AC always goes down every weekend. The response was extremely unprofessional and rude. I was cut off “did we work on your specific unit.” When I started to answer again he cut me off and demanded to answer his question. I told him that I am. We don’t have specific unit based system but one main system. Then he misunderstood what I said and told me that I need to contact his offices on Monday and hung up. Your service technicians need to be trained on customer service. You only have a high review because you are getting your employees to rate you positive. Your company is a joke.

Though I did not receive their service, they have rude drivers, the one I encountered today was speeding, honking, swerving between cars, nearly hit myself and a few others, as well as tailgating. I wasn’t going to say anything but I looked at previous reviews and saw that this is not the first time this has happened. The incident I witnessed took place on the 423 heading north near Frisco. Just for this experience alone I will not call utilize this company

Robbie was truly amazing. very friendly and respectful. Very thorough and honest when it came to the problem and how we can prevent this in the future. You have a great employee here!

This contractor does very unprofessional piping work on natural gas piping and doesn’t provide adequate support for the piping or properly tie it down to prevent it from being blown around. They are are an accident waiting to happen!
