Jake was very early and got right to work diagnosing the issues. Although the estimate was way greater than what I thought, he spoke with a rep that discussed how to help meet my budget. Not only was I satisfied, but I will have them back out to take care of the rest in August as well as they will be my first pick for next summers new HVAC system install.

Our experience with Elmer’s from start to finish has been excellent! Customer service was friendly and helpful when scheduling my appointment to dispatch being just as friendly and helpful with securing my appointments. Our techs were super friendly and very professional. They showed up on time and got our new unit installed. Elmer’s has a great staff working with him and they have exceeded the level of customer service!!

Bryan with Elmer’s came out to repair my broken AC. He was very thorough and meticulous in checking my entire unit. He was very friendly and easy to speak with and very knowledgeable in his trade. I love that he let me know everything that needed to be looked at and gave me options to fit within my current budget. I can work through the options as I get more money. I will definitely request Bryan to come out again! Thank you for fixing us up!

Scottie came out to our home in a timely manner and when he said he would be here! He spent a lot of time inspecting our ac unit, inside and out, to give us the best options! He gave us several options that would fit our needs and made sure to go through them so we understood what we would be getting! Great company with great values!

Had Elmer’s come out. Scottie Baker was our technician. He did a great job on our system. Had another company come in prior and told us we needed a ton of work or a new unit. He got it up and running same day for a portion of the cost of other companies. He was very thorough and explained what we needed. Highly recommend the service from Elmer’s.

I had a very positive experience with the install of my new unit. the initial consultation from Seth was highly informative. Eliud and Omar were prompt in their arrival and took every step to ensure that all of the old components were removed and provided an overview of the overall install after they were completed!
