Jason R had pulled into his driveway after finishing his last call for the day when he got the call asking him to help us. HE SAID YES and within the hour was at our home.

Jason R is extremely knowledgeable about his job. He diagnosed our problem in minutes and gave us affordable options to remedy the problem, including an extremely affordable membership with Air Repair.

He had our unit up and running in less than an hour.

He also graciously addressed a non urgent issue we asked about, even though by this time it was almost 7pm. His professional attitude never wavered. He answered our questions and gave us affordable options and referrals. If he didn’t know something he said it.

Great experiencing to get a new system installed. Quick responses via phone, email and text. Once we agreed that replacement was the way to go, they installed the whole new system the following morning. Noel was the main person we dealt with: he is great and knows his trade. He was here 4 times: fixing, checking on items. Replacing a whole unit is never the first choice but they made it painless!

Jason, was such a nice kid, very personable. (I say kid because we are almost 60) He and Nick took their time walking the rooms, the attic and checking out our systems. Our home is 8 years old so, he told us what we had to do...buy a new unit. He told my husband the lifespan of these things are only 10 years. They have to cut and re-route our duct system...augh. It's been a very hot summer, and it's not even August yet. Glad we called them.

Sunday evening we noticed the A/C was not cooling. Called first thing in the AM on Monday and they had a tech named Arturo come out same day. He was very knowledgeable and professional quickly diagnosing the issue. He provided several options including a new system and we decided to replace everything since it was old. They installed the next day with a friendly and courteous team. They also had financing options. Highly recommend!

Sal was incredible and rescued us from an 80 degree house over the 4th of July! I received several options on repairs and I feel like it was competitive pricing. Absolutely LOVE all the features of the membership program. I think this sets them apart.

Cole arrived promptly to take a look at our AC and was very personable. He was thorough in his evaluation and was very knowledgeable in trouble shooting what was wrong with our unit. I would highly recommend his services for AC evaluation and repair.

CJ was the technician that helped me today. He was prompt both times he visited (in 1 day) and he sent a text 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He explained everything well and answered all the questions I had. He had a great personality and remained upbeat throughout the appointment in spite of the heat. He took his time and was very thorough in finding a solution to the problem. CJ even brought my Amazon packages inside!
Overall, the company as a whole was very prompt. I called four AC companies and none could come out until the end of the week.

From my initial call down to the repairs I was treated nicely and I was able to ask questions without feeling like I was being rushed. Great customer service and dependable. I will use them again if needed and I will recommend them to others as well.

I called to make an appointment expecting them to make me wait a few days because it's the weekend and many companies won't come out on a Saturday afternoon but they were here within 3 hours! Dallas was great! He fixed our thermostat quickly and made sure everything else worked before he left. I also appreciate that he put on shoe covers before walking on my freshly mopped floor.

We reached out to Air Repair on Saturday morning because our AC quit blowing cold air Friday night. CJ arrived promptly at 9 am. He looked briefly at both the inside and outside units. He immediately came to the conclusion that we needed a whole new AC system. He showed us two options. One was $12K, and the other was $20K.

I asked him, "What was wrong with our current unit?" He said, "Not sure, it could be the compressor or the circuit board." He explained that he didn't have parts for a Lennox AC, and it would take days to get them. He didn't even take the outside unit apart to look at it. He decided that since our unit was 14 years old, we needed a replacement.

We called another company, and they sent someone out at 11 am. He took the outside unit apart and saw the motor wasn't working. He replaced it for $450. Now we have cool air.

If you call Air Repair Pros for an actual repair, I would definitely recommend a second opinion before agreeing to finance a brand new unit. It could save you thousands of dollars.
