Cole M did an exceptional job repairing my ac. He was on time and after a quick exam he had my system cooling again in less than 3 hrs. I signed up for the service plan.

Johnny was very professional and knows his job well. He took the time out to explain what the issue was in detail and fixed the issue in less than 20 minutes. I will highly recommend his services.

We noticed yesterday that our AC wasn’t blowing cool air and in this Texas heat that’s a problem. After calling a few companies for service call pricing, I came across Air Repair Pros and liked the service call price, but loved the reviews more. They got me scheduled for a next day visit that fit with my schedule and sent Arturo C over to help. Arturo showed up 10 min early, was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Once he uncovered the issue he guided me through my options and got straight to work once I selected the right one for us.

30 minutes later I’m feeling some nice cold air and am happily signing the receipt! In about an hour from getting to my house, Arturo repaired my AC unit, cleaned it and shared his recommendations for upcoming repairs.

Came to give me a quote on replacing our heating and air unit in our house. The rep came out was here for five minutes (and I feel that is rounding up) looking at the unit in the closet inside the house looked at the breaker in the garage. Never gave an in person quote. On the way out the door he said ill send you a quote with 3 different prices ok..good..best unit type qoute. The quote never came...no call no email. The only emails I have received since was an invoice for them to come give a quote that was never given and an email saying thanks for your business. At least they didn't charge me in the invoice so that's the only positive thing I can say about them.

Sam and Colton came out today to give us an estimate on a new AC system. They were incredibly professional and thorough. They were both so patient as they explained the work needed, listened to our concerns, and answered our questions. They understood the scope of the work is significant and were helpful in helping us understand the process. Thank you Sam and Colton!
