Very professional and timely. They came out within 2 hours when my AC was acting up. The tech was very nice and professional and had my system back up and going in no time. I highly recommend this company!!

I rarely write reviews because they are opinions that apply to me and may not be applicable to anyone else. I selected Air Repair Pros about two years ago to service the system that I had at that time. I was satisfied with the work that all of the technicians did because they always provided pictures and written commentary on the work that needed to be done and demonstrated that it was completed. Compared with past experiences with other contractors, they are very expensive, but I considered them to be a good investment. When my old system reached the end of its life, they replaced it for me, but the management failed to tell me that Trane's new models are not drop-in replacements for their retired models. The components that were recently installed had the same general specifications as the components that were replaced, but the new system is unable to provide conditioned air to all parts of my living space, whereas my previous system did. In the course of making the components more efficient and use less electricity, Trane apparently degraded some of the specifications, and there is no way to fix the problem with the current installation. I would need to increase tonnage and/or buy higher priced replacement components at full price. If you are planning on buying a new system from anyone, make sure that they run all of the design calculators and give you a written plan that specifies exactly what your structure needs and that guarantees that the design will work for you.

My A/C unit had issues and I contacted Air Repair Pros, who sent a technician fairly quick. The technician, Brian T, was very professional and courteous. He took the time to diagnose and explain the issue. Definitely recommend Air Repair Pros for all your air conditioning needs.

Our upstairs unit condenser was leaking and we contacted a few companies however Cole and Air Repair Pros were the most professional and knowledgeable without trying to “upsell”. Cole provided estimates for the condenser replacement as well as a unit replacement. While his estimates were competitive with other companies, we chose to have the system replaced because of the quality & reliability of Carrier A/C and the excellent customer service we had received at the time. We made a great choice! The team came out and replaced the unit and were so professional & efficient. The final Quality Check walk thru a few days later was something I appreciated. It has been great doing business with a local company that really stands behind their brand.

I normally do not go through the trouble to do Google reviews however this is a must. Dallas B is a Rockstar !! as will call him out anytime to do service as he is very kind. He has the heart of a teacher as very thorough with explanation of issues with HVAC. Will be glad to use you guys time and time again! Thanks for the good service! 👏😀

Arturo came to our home and did a great job. He did an evaluation of our system and gave us an overview of what he found. Our unit is still working well, but did discuss new a/c and heating options. He was able to provide pricing and information on each system. We look forward to working with Air Repair Pros.

Jason was very helpful and had the parts needed on hand to fix my unit. He was on time for the appointment and finished the job quickly. He was able to diagnose and fix my unit the same day I called which I was very thankful for!

CJ J was awesome, super honest. He originally came to inspect the AC because it had been down for a couple days, but when he showed up the AC was already working perfectly. While most AC companies would have charged for the appointment, time, and drive/gas. He just canceled the appointment and didn't ask for a penny. Great service would definitely recommend.

This company is awesome! AC not working and from first person I spoke to and to the technician that came to our house I am so pleased!! We have total confidence in the tech. He explained everything thoroughly. Parts were ordered and today I have a much cooler home! Definitely recommend this AC company
