    We reached out to Air Repair Pros on a Sunday at 4:00PM due to our central AC going out. At 6:00PM Jason Roberts was at our home. By 7:00PM our Central AC was up and running. We are extremely satisfied with Air Repair Pros and Jason Roberts. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and gave us great recommendations. I recommend this company to anyone in need of any AC issues. Thank you Jason!!

    Noel was extremely professional! He was so patient to explain the reasons for the issues I was experiencing with my air conditioner. He was thorough including options and really seemed to be looking out for me as the customer. He was respectful and kind. I will request him for future calls. Excellent service!

    I called them on a Sunday morning.
    I was desperate because of the Texas heat, and I really needed cold air.
    Other than 2 companies I called before, Air Repair Pros told me that a technician could be with me in 2.5 hours.

    And so, 2.5 hours later, Andrew Richey showed up at my house and went right to work.
    Unfortunately, several parts of our ac unit were broken, and we needed a complete new system.
    Andrew showed us 3 different options and told us about the pros and cons.
    He also told us about the financing options they offer.
    We decided on one system and also chose the 15-month 0% interest financing.

    After one night on the couch at my neighbors, Air Repair Pros showed up on time and installed our new ac system.
    It took around 5 hours and they did a really good job.
    Because of the Texas heat, it took the new ac several hours to cool the house down, but around 9 p.m., we reached the desired temperature.

    2 days later, Andrew came back and checked if everything was working as it should.

    Overall, it was a great experience.

    One last thing: We joined the comfort club. It saved us money, and now 2 tuneups per year are included with the membership.

    Jason took care of my AC unit pretty cake quick during the hot season. He was honest in cost of repairs and I appreciated that only one thing that I think could’ve been an improvement by the company has nothing to do with Jason. We had an issue on a question about, a temporary thermostat that was installed. The management could’ve handled it much better as it wasn’t a big deal but because the management. Was worried that I was looking to get a free thermostat, which I was not. Made excuses Like do you did not know who was there in the last couple days. It did frustrate me but upper management called me and resolved it quickly and all it was was a temporary thermostat. Jason went right over and replaced the thermostat as well. My advice to all companies is, don’t make excuses or make statements like they don’t know who was there at the house. That sounds condescending. Just resolve the issue. Be honest and apologize if a mistake was made once again Jason did a great job.

    Noel was our service technician today and he was awesome! Arrived within the stated time window, quickly ascertained the problem and was able to repair it. He did everything we asked him to do and check for any additional concerns. He was personable, professional, and responsive! This was our first experience with Air Repair Pros and we are very satisfied customers

    This company provides great service with excellent communication. I called, was treated very well and a technician was sent the same day. The tech they sent is the kind of person that will have his own business in the not so distant future.

    Jason deserves 5 stars for his professionalism. He was precisely on time, extremely polite and most importantly very knowledgeable. He was very eager to provide responses to my multiple questions without hesitation. It was pretty clear he was a well prepared technician who enjoys his job.

    Service was quickly completed and we'll see in a couple of days when the temp reaches the 100s if the recommended enhancements help keeping the house cool.

    I rated at 4 stars because of:

    a. Pricing varies greatly if you are part of their 'comfort club'. Due to this big difference I ended up enrolling in their club but I'm not a fan of memberships.
    b. Pricing for cleaning and adding a valve to a drain line was very high imho.

    4 stars...but I highly recommend them.

    Our AC went out on Sunday. The temp in our house got up to 84. I searched for AC repair in my area, and I hoped we could get someone to come out on Monday. One company couldn’t come till Wednesday or would charge an overtime fee if someone came in the evening. When I called Air Repair Pros, they said they could get someone out today. I received a text when Jason was on his way. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained what he was doing. My husband and I were very pleased. We signed up for the monthly maintenance plan and hope Jason will be the one to come out.

    I've had three different technicians to the house from Air Repair Pros over the last 3-4 months. All of them have been great! Their maintenance program is reasonably priced and even better when charged monthly. Arturo was out today and did a great job checking the system to resolve a problem.

    Brandon and Nick were professional and super helpful. They arrived on time and immediately diagnosed my system. They were able to fix my a/c on the same day and helped me understand how to best care for my unit going forward. I would highly recommend Air Repair Pros for all your a/c needs.

    Andrew was super nice, gave me several different options and quotes, was informative and professional. He came out the day after I reached out to them. And it was a plus that they had the capacity to do the job the next day, while another provider I was working with was two weeks out to schedule repair after already waiting a week for them to come out to diagnose the problem. John also treated me well and was in communication with me during the process. I recommend.
