The company is very on top of all facets of their business. I spoke with several staff on the phone and everyone was very kind and helpful. I appreciated getting a text with the name, photo, & bio of the technician coming to our home ahead of time. Adrian was very professional, called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was accommodating to our needs and patient along the way. Very up front and honest about the short-term and long-term solutions.

Israel was professional, attentive, and very thorough in his assessment. He explained everything well and we appreciated the variety of options he had for our issue. We highly recommend Legend!

Our builder grade air and heating unit stopped functioning after only 8 years of use. We received multiple quotes and decided to go with Legend not only because their prices were competitive but also because of Jason. Jason quickly made me feel at ease with the process. He educated me on information about the unit and set up in general. We had a hiccup during the installation of the unit that was really just the luck of the draw. Jason made sure we were taken care of in terms of the integrity of the product. He did a great job of keeping us undated and truly made us feel as if we were his number one priority from start to finish. The Legend crew remedied the situation as fast as humanly possible considering the installation was bumped up against a holiday weekend. I truly believe Legend takes customer service seriously and treat their customers as if they are family. We are happy with the unit and feel as if we are in good hands in servicing our unit for the long haul. Kudos to Legend!
