Legend Air Conditioning & Heating

I will start with this. . We have used Legend 2 times before and will continue to use them. However, I was disappointed with what I was charged this time around. They did a full system analysis which they quote to be $99. That part of the appointment was terrific. No issues. My system does need to be replaced sooner rather than later but obviously money is tight. All I needed was a new capacitor which retails at about $18 to $30. Plug and play. Because I appreciate what Lengend had done previously, I didn't mind spending the 99 plus the capacitor replacement at this time. Last time they came out, that's what I paid. I'm disappointed this time that I was charged $400 AND the $99 analysis. $400 dollars to change an $18 dollar part. I told the tech I know I need a new system soon but right now I need the bandaid fix. FOUR HUNDRED dollars. I should have just ordered the part and replaced it myself. I did appreciate the system analysis but good lord. Not a great start to my summer vacation. Oh well.

Above and beyond is an understatement.

Luis took his time to check both of my systems, audit them, and answer any of our questions along the way. I can't imagine a diagnostic being more thorough. 100% recommend.

I appreciate how quickly someone was able to come to our home to access the issue with our unit. Israel was thorough in his explanation and was able to provide us with options to fix the problem.

Luis did a great job on going over in what I need for my AC unit and parts replacement on the attic. Fine job on getting a great price I need for replacement.

Luis made sure I understood the issue and gave me 4 different tiered estimates so I had options to save money. After deciding on a solution, he signed me up for a membership since it would not only save me money on this repair, but keep me covered for the coming seasons.

I won't be going to anyone else but Legend from now on. Thank Luis!

Joseph completed my spring AC checkup and did a great job. He explained each step of the process in a professional manner. I bought a new unit from them in 2021 and am glad I did. New unit is more efficient and has saved me $ on electric bill. I highly recommend Legend Air. Great customer service.

Adrian was a very nice guy and helped us get our AC repaired on a hot day. It is a very stressful situation to have to be dealing with on a house that is ONLY 6 years old!

Luis came out and the experience overall was great! It was clear that he had a passion for the job and his experience/knowledge was top notch! Legend is lucky to have someone like him representing their brand!

The level of professionalism, and attention to detail was evident in his service. Having many business we often need Ac services. This was by far the best service in Frisco/Dfw area. It would be hard tonuse any other Ac company. Highly recommend using them.
