Amazing AC company.! I’m a Realtor and I’ve used several through the years so I know. We called them last minute for an estimate on a new system. They went above and beyond. They by far offered the best financing, service, guarantees and warranties. They even gave us a complimentary hotel stay for the weekend so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot house. Who would of thought that we would get a staycation out of the deal. These guys mean business and truly understand how to take care of their customers. Legend will forever be our AC company!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Legend Air. Adrian was the tech that came out and he was here first thing this morning. Kind, professionally and patiently answered all my questions. Taking the time to explain everything. He even noticed something going on with my hot water heater that could have been super dangerous! Once the service was done, I received a call from the owner himself to make sure everything went well. Truly an amazing company and a breath of fresh air in this world today with their exceptional customer service. I have peace of mind knowing these are my ac guys.

Adrian was courteous and professional. The service call was after normal business hours and we were given a detailed description of the diagnosis and our options for repair.

Friday the 16th of July at about 1pm I made a call to Legend Air about my AC not cooling the house (was up to 82 degrees at that time). Within an hour and a half, a tech was on site to diagnose and assist and within bout 3 hours, the unit was fixed and cool air was flowing. Sadly I still needed to replace my full unit as I had an original unit inside from when house was built in late 90s that was going out quick and an outside unit that used the old freon. They were able to get me a new unit and financed set up and installed that next morning. Jason and his team are literally top notch and epitome of customer service. He came over to check on the house late Sunday night to check on the system and Monday afternoon during peak hours to ensure the system was running at optimal levels. Could not be happier with the product or service from Legend Air!

The tech, Luis, was at our house about 1 hour after we placed the call for help. Our a/c was leaking and water was coming up through our brand new floors. Luis was super sweet from the moment I opened the door until the moment he left. He went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong with our entire unit besides a clogged pipe. I will definitely use Legend again for any HVAC needs and routine maintenance all because Luis was excellent.

Joseph was efficient and thorough. He took his time checking out HVAC system and presented options for repair with photos too. He was flexible while working in our home with myself and my two young children present and also while on the phone with my husband who is working out of town. Thank you, Joseph!
