TLDR, Joseph came and fixed it! Highly recommend Legend and especially Joseph!

We'd had a check on our A/C (with a different company) which resulted in the unit not working and an expensive quote to repair. Joseph came out, ran through the whole system as a normal check. He was able to get it back up and running without issues and without crazy expensive replacements. He was professional, went through all the things that could have led to the initial diagnoses sand was professional about the entirety of the assessment.

Legend Air is an amazing company. Our maintenance appointment was scheduled for this morning and 1/2 hour prior to arrival, I received a text with a photo of Adrian Sarmiento who is our service tech. Adrian was on time, efficient and did a stellar job of checking out our system. We also are members of Legend AIr’s maintenance program, so no charge for today. Amazing!!!

I've used Legend Air for almost 5 years. I have never experienced bad service or feel I've been taken advantage of. The team responds very promptly, always arrive when they say they will, and extremely professional. Luis has always been awesome when he comes to my home. Thorough and professional. Good to have a company you can trust.

Luis spent plenty of time accessing the condition of the whole system not just the repair. He made sure I understood the details of needed to be done today and what might need to be done in the future. I started a service contract, something I don't normally do, because I feel like this is a company I can trust.

The team did an incredible job and you won’t find a friendlier or hard working crew out there. I’d be happy to use them for any HVAC projects in the future.
