Luis was very helpful & attentive. He was quick to identify & resolve an issue with some buildup in our A/C drain & coil and some high energy usage coming out of our outside unit. Talked us through the problems, explained some solution options, & helped to make sure we were taken care of & that everything was functional before he left.
