Legend Air Conditioning & Heating

We were new customers of Legend Air and we chose them because of their 5 star rating. Our service technician, Adrian, was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and provided excellent diagnosis and repair service to our AC unit. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly as well. We were very pleased with him and Legend Air and would highly recommend them.

I have been using legend air since 2018. They have been awesome with there service. Recently I had to get some draining and replacement on my AC. Adrian came over and explain throughly that we needed to fix. He did excellent job. In past Luis also came over and help us with our ac. I highly recommend them for professionalism and excellent work.

Joseph did a great job listening to our concerns and doing a detailed analysis of our system. He took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. When he had completed his analysis he explained everything he found and showed me the pictures. He then presented several options for us to choose from noting which one(s) were recommended. I feel confident that his analysis was complete and that we were presented w all possible options. Thanks for a great job Joseph.

Adrian was PHENOMENAL. He was so thorough and extremely patient with me in ALL my questions. He was our tech almost 2 years ago when our system stopped working and we had a leak and he remembered us which really made me feel comfortable having him service our home again. It felt more like having a family member present. Thank you so much again Adrian!

The first time my heating stopped working, I called this company who came and checked and said they will charge me $800, I happen to call Legend for second opinion, they came and checked and told me there was nothing wrong, one of the cable was loss and they fixed it for $50, I have never have an issue with my AC since. This people are honest and loyal. Oh as for the workers they are very sweet to work with. Love them especially Louis.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Adrian and Legend! They were fast, effective, reliable and professional in every way! Best service I have ever received from an air conditioning and heating company EVER!! Thank you all so very much! I finally have a cool home after 5 different companies came out and didn’t assist!

Joseph came out to check our A/C unit. He did a great job and was happy to answer our questions and discuss our options. He went out of his way to explain his work and helped us to understand what to expect. Great work, good company. We'll be happy to use them again.

What can I say that hasn't been said before about Legend Air in Little Elm. Jason Melendez owner of Legend Air puts his name behind any work that needs to be done. Coming from a small town I really appreciate the Family owned businesses that still exist and hold true to what I believe makes them successful. I really do not post much on social media but felt the need to say to anyone that reads these testimonials if you are looking for quality work that is done by a company that really knows the business and stands behind its work then look no further. Jason Melendez has built a company that exemplifies excellence and understands the working class when it comes to pricing and getting the job done. Jason Thank you very much for the work you have done in my home and know that Little Elm and the surrounding areas have a company like Legend Air in their back yard that will be there when needed. I hope others will give Legend Air a chance and just see what a powerful asset we have in our community.

Luis was very helpful and professional. He helped us fix our AC unit and also explained the current condition. We have a great understanding where the problem was. We recommend Luis and his company.

Adrian was awesome! He was very efficient and was able to explain what was happening with our A/C system.

The only feedback I have for this company (which is not a reflection of the service Adrian provided) is to please provide time windows for service. We waited all day and had to call twice to verify someone was coming. We almost had to cancel our appointment that we waited WEEKS for because the company requires someone is home for the entire duration of the two hour appointment. We needed to pick up our kids by the time someone arrived. (Luckily, Adrian saved the day and worked with us so we didn’t have to cancel.) Thank You Adrian!
