They by far offered the best financing, service, guarantees and warranties. They even gave us a complimentary hotel stay for the weekend so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot house. Legend Air repaired my air conditioning and heating system the same day they came out. They also showed me where mold was growing in my air ways. I had my system maintenanced by another company for years and they never mentioned it. I can’t believe my family was breathing that. It explains a lot of sickness we had. They were very thorough, detailed and actually showed me the issues and took photos. Our tech took his time and got us all fixed up. Since they repaired, cleaned and added the air purification system, we have had less dust, no sickness and air definitely feels cleaner! The air you and your family breathe in your home is so important and I Now have a membership to make sure everything is maintained properly.

Luis was very friendly and knowledgeable about our system. He helped us be more informed about our unit by showing us things . He pointed out a few possible problems and made suggestions to help improve. He was very thorough on checking everything with our unit ,

1st time customer. Called midday and was placed on schedule for same day repair. Technician (Adrian) called 10 minutes before arriving. Arrived after introducing himself immediately began to check out system. Very professional yet friendly. Quickly identified problem, explained repair and cost. Once repair approved installed new capacitor, shared and explained all readings and allowed me to watch install. Rechecked entire system to insure proper function. Adrian was very professional, friendly and readily answered my questions even offered to show me photos of all his notes and install photos.

Luis came to my home to quote a new air conditioning system. He was very knowledgeable, and effortlessly pointed and explained how the system works together. He gave me estimates for various, flexible options. I felt comfortable that he was presenting me all the possibilities. He was very professional.
