Legend Air Conditioning & Heating

Called Legend air and they were able to send someone out quickly. Luis was the technician that came out. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the issues with my a/c system. Not only was he able to educate me but he was patient and provided my wife and I different option in order to suit our needs. Will be utilizing Legend air again as I have used competitors in the past but Luis is the reason I will stick with Legend Air.

Luis has always provided my family with excellent service. He is very thorough with investigating issues and coming up with great solutions. I highly recommend this company because of him!

I really recommend this company for your AC needs. They have a great service and the technician (Luis) that came to us had a great attitude and knowledge of what he was doing. He did everything in his power to make sure we are satisfied. He went far and beyond of his duties. Excellent attitude and very professional. Great company. They have the legendary membership that basically watch for your AC every 6 months. Not expensive and fair. Totally recomended.

First visit fixed what was faulty and went the whole season with no problems. Now, just had the tune up to keep us warm through the winter. They called to remind me of the time up included with my membership, which I am so thankful for because I would have forgotten about it if not by their suggestion to go ahead and schedule it before it gets cold. Adrian explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew about possible upcoming maintenance and a quote in case we want to get ahead of the problem, without pushing for a service. They truly just come out to do their tune up, not for an upsell, which is rare. Would recommend to anyone.

I'm always sceptical of service companies like auto mechanics and ac repair for known reasons.
I've had another company out to service / fix my ac unit they were helpful but in the end all they were after was to upsell me a 8 thousand dollar unit.
Because of the great reviews of Legend Air I decided to go with them with my ac issues. Luis came out and was very thorough with his diagnosis and explanation of my options. It's a relief to find a service company that's not out to get a large sale out of a simple service when it's not necessary. I will use and recommend Legend Air. Honestly in a service company is hard to find in this day and age. Thank you Legend Air and Luis.

We have been using Legend for a few years for small things but last week our inside and outside units died on us. Luis came out and ran diagnostics right away. He spent a great deal of time explaining everything and going over the issues and costs. I have never experienced such professionalism. He was also very knowledgeable. I really feel like he went above and beyond for us. He set up financing for us as well. The very next morning the installers came and did the install. They were also professional and clean and so EFFICIENT. I would definitely recommend Legend and we will continue to use them going forward for any AC maintenance and issues with our system.
