Very detailed inspection to find the root of the problem. Friendly staff. Great guarantees and warranties. I feel comfortable with them in my home and with them working on my HVAC system. I know we are in good hands.

The best AC company in Frisco. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They will fix your AC same day and give you options for repair. They got my approval before any repairs were done. The owner even called me afterwards to check on me and how everything was working.

Joseph was scheduled to come out on January 31,2023, a Tuesday, between 2-6pm to do inspection and maintenance on our A/C and heating system. This was a day when there was ice on all the roads and he still showed up, I was expecting a call asking to reschedule which I would have gladly done. He called 15 minutes before he showed up and was here as scheduled. During the inspection and maintenance everything that was done was explained in detail that I would understand. I was there with them during the entire time. The system was taken apart and looked at both inside and out. They asked me questions about how the system was heating and cooling our house and I told them that some rooms were hotter or colder when they shouldn’t have been. Then was explained how the system should be working and shown the reasons why the system was behaving this way. We moved into this house in 2003 and are original owners and as every one knows the systems they put in were trash. In 2013 we had to replace the entire system and thought we were going with a company that would correctly install and fix any issues with the duct work that was originally done in our house, but this was not done, they just threw the system in and taped it all together. Legend Air showed me all the mistakes and issues with how the previous company installed everything. I asked for an estimate on what it would cost to correct all the issues that were found with the system as well as just replacing the entire system. Based on the estimates we went with a complete new system to be installed. ( Going back and looking at the cost of replacing the entire system in 2013 based on this install, I believe I was overcharged by double by the company in 2013). The furnace and A/C. As you know the weather was getting worse and the roads were not going to be driveable but they stated they could come back on Thursday February 2, 2023. They arrived on Thursday as stated and installed the entire system inside and out. This company has been the best and most knowledgeable and transparent I have ever dealt with. Will be sticking with this company.

Legend Air is an amazing AC company. We had them come out to repair our air conditioner when another company couldn’t figure out the issue. So glad we called them. They inspected my whole system, took several photos and videos and educated me on everything. They even found a ton of mold growing in my system that the other company failed to find. I will always use Legend Air and recommend them to everyone.

Used Legend Air for installing a brand new airconditioner and furnace. The installers connected a pipe to the sewage and exposed my whole family including a toddler and an infant to sewage gases. I called them repeatedly complaining about the sewage smell in the master bedroom and they didnt fix it but acted like I was creating problems for them. Please AVOID at all costs. I still have not even got a receipt from their office for the new unit they installed after repeated calls. The owner even told me he doesnt care if I give him a bad review on Google.

Didnt show up after made an appointment.
The customer service made an excuse they do not service my area even though they advertised to service Denton.
Just wasted a day waiting for ac repair to have no show up.
Not sure how this place have 5 stars reviews because I like to leave 0 stars for this business.

I had a new AC & furnace installed. Jason and his team was professional, informative, friendly and on time. I highly recommend them.
